Announced via PR this morning, surprised no one made a thread?

New Super Mario Bros. U + New Super Luigi U: In New Super Mario Bros. U, Mario, Luigi and Toad are joined by a new character – you! Run, leap and stomp through a 2D side-scrolling Mario adventure, and play as your Mii in extra modes like Challenge and Coin Battle. Explore a giant world map full of brand new courses, and experience ways to play that are only possible on Wii U. Then, in New Super Luigi U, leap into 82 challenging new courses as Luigi, but be quick, as you only have a short time to clear each one! This pack is available for the first time across Europe as a separate purchase from the Mario & Luigi Premium Pack Wii U hardware bundle.***

Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze: The invading Snowmads have locked Donkey Kong Island in a deep freeze, and it’s up to the Kongs to thaw things out! On your own or with a friend, swim, swing and spring through six brand new islands packed with hazards, hidden collectibles, and unforgettable boss encounters.

The new additions to the Nintendo Selects range also includes a multiplayer experience only the Wii U can offer:

Wii Party U: Get together for a party game that uses the best features of the Wii U GamePad and your Wii Remote controllers, featuring 80 quirky minigames that players of all ages and skill levels can enjoy. Experience closely fought battles as you and a friend grab opposite ends of the GamePad in GamePad Party minigames, then gather around your TV with your GamePad and Wii Remote controllers for frantic mayhem in TV Party mode****.

And for players who prefer to go alone, there are two absorbing solo adventures to experience:
The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD: Link appeared in 1080p for the very first time in this high-definition remaster of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, originally released for Nintendo GameCube. Set sail across the Great Sea, as Link’s quest to save his sister takes him on an unforgettable journey to save the land from Ganondorf.

LEGO® CITY Undercover: As legendary detective Chase McCain, you’ll go undercover on the trail of escaped criminal Rex Fury. Disguise yourself in different costumes and use their abilities to solve puzzles, collect over 100 vehicles, and free-run across an open-world city – all in the name of police work!

Wii U owners can look forward to another way to experience some classic exclusive games when these six titles join the Nintendo Selects range across Europe on 15th April. These titles will also be made available for €24,99 / £19.99 (incl. VAT) on Nintendo eShop on the same day

- New Super Mario Bros. U + New Super Luigi U (Nintendo counts them as two separate games, which is why the PR mentions 6 titles)
- Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze
- Wii Party U
- The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD
- LEGO City Undercover
- Nintendo Land

Some additional details:

> All 6 games have sold +4m units in Europe, according to Nintendo’s internal sales figures.
> NSMBU + NSLU already available as solus in Germany, it seems!
> Wii U GamePad Horizontal Stand included with the original release of Wii Party U is not included in the Nintendo Selects edition.
> The standard version of New Super Mario Bros. U will be removed from Nintendo eShop on April 15th, and replaced with New Super Mario Bros. U + New Super Luigi U.

Two copies sold? That's not a bomb guys, stop trolling!!!
Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze at 24.99? IT'S TIME, FINALLY

£19.99 is a great price for these games, Tropical Freeze is a must buy everyone! Wii Party U doesn't seem so worth it without the bundled remote.

If all DLC came tied to $13 figurines, I'd consider all DLC to be free
I knew we wouldnt get 3D World cheaper...lol.

LEGO City Undercover for that price is cool though.

Time to rebuy WW which I had to sell last August. Interested in Lego City. Is it worth £20?

Unless you hate LEGO games, or want a co-op game, it's definitely worth the full price (so at half-price...).

Things to note:

- even if you're not particular fond of LEGO games, I strongly recommend it (loved it, despite never playing any other LEGO games)
- long loading times (there isn't that many of them, at least)
- no co-op, so keep that in mind

I already have all those games, so this doesn't concern me. That said, I can't recommend Lego City enough. That's a true gem from Wii U's early years.

Glad to see Lego City get a price drop so hopefully more people will give it a chance, one of my top 5 Wii U games.

Thinks buying more servers can fix a bad patch
Looks slightly better than the US offering.

I will have purchase NSMB and Lego City Undercover if its for the US region

Buy Tropical Freeze, you won't regret it. As for myself I won't be picking up any because I already own them all. You can't go wrong with any except Wii Party U really, even as a party game it fails miserably.

LEGO City Undercover is one of the best LEGO games ever made, and also one of the best open-world games ever made. It's just so packed with content and things to do, it's an amazing little game. Only the lack of co-op might be a sad thing for LEGO game fans, but it's still great.

(Also go make a cup of tea when it starts to load, you have time)

Quoting hard.
The BEST LEGO game in my opinion.

Buy it!

(And hope for a sequel!)

Yeah, I really want a sequel for that game. It was hilarious from the beginning to the end, and it was great to play (despite the awful loading times). As I said several times, the sequel's subtitle is too obvious, given the 3DS game: The Chase Continues :p

I already own all of these, if you like Lego but didn't play City Undercover, you know what to do.
Still the best Lego game released until now.

Should I even bother with New Super Mario Bros now that we have Super Mario Maker?

Yeah New Super Mario Bros U and Luigi U have some of the best designed levels in any 2D platformer, there's a level of polish and professionalism that most Super Mario Maker levels can't touch.

I ended up getting LEGO Undercover at release but never played more than an hour of it because it didn't have off TV play, hopefully I get around to it one day.

Hah. I've just paid £30 for a second-hand LCU which I've barely played (was going to get into it properly when I'm satisfied I'm done with Xenoblade). Oh well!

Is NSMBU + Luigi U £19.99 as a package or each? I was looking up Luigi U this morning and it's selling for £75 second hand!

If Lego City Undercover ever hits £15 I'll grab it.

Good good, will rebuy Lego City when the eshop price drops to match. I hope the digital version's load times are better, if if only slightly.

KingSnake

The Birthday Skeleton
Missing LCU in the title. :p

Seriously, Lego City Undercover is the best lego game out there and a great open world game. It's worth the price even only for the last missions in the story, which are epic. Play it if you haven't done it yet.

After complaining in the USA thread that we were left out, i'll be in for 4 of these (all except Wii Party U)

Glad to see NSMBU and NSLU is getting a reprint, was planning on buying it from ebay for around £40 yesterday, glad I held fire!

Hopes this helps Tropical freeze sales and lets more people play it

When I first saw that. I thought it said each game sold 4 million seperately. But that's kinda impossible.
Over 4 million combined isn't actually that much considering it includes the Mario games
