Those lvl 30 cases only have blues. Dont ask me why massive thought that was a good idea
My current progress. Tonight we're going to work towards hitting DZ level 30 so we can open the cases in there.

Sorry wrong thread. 
Go to Settings -> Audio, scroll to auto talk sensitivity and press your voicechat button and talk, it will show a green audio level.
I'll check the VOIP but i didn't really change a thing, my Logitech App also seems to pick my voice well enough, like the Auto Sensitivity shows my voice moving the bar up

What are the cases that aren't locked to 30? Are they the same?
We opened one on a rooftop in the 25-27 zone and I got a purple drop out of it.
Would be weird that the 30lv locked ones have worse loot...
Yeah thought about that while typing the other messages, the green audio level moves when i speak wich means that everything should be ok...i guess i'll need to try again tonight, weird

yea it makes no sense, DZ not rank locked key chests give 2 purples while 30+ DZ rank give blues..

Only chests worth opening are the Dark Zone chests.

Worked on Xbox and looks sweet. I wonder if other players can see it.

Had no problems until yesterday also, when it was a mess. Ingame audio and chat cutting all the time. Wonder if there's a problem with the servers or PSN?
PC here. but i could hear the other teammates talking to each other so no idea

No, but once loaded into new instance just leave the group. It will keep you in that new instance.

You can go in but be prepared to die with that level unless you're going in with backup.

Wait until you can do the mission that introduces you to the DZ. That's either lv8 or 10.
Also, if you look at the DZ on your map you can see the lines that segment it by level bracket. The south side is where you'll start.
Don't go alone or you die fast
There are 4 factions that you fight. The last two factions (the final one especially) are much more interesting to fight. I've been playing with a group of 4 and the final faction you encounter is pretty legit. Their AI routines are definitely wayyy better than the Rioters or Cleaners. I hope hope hope Massive does good things with the PVE. A shooter with complex group mechanics is basically my dream game.
Oh, and you'll get your gun emplacements...
I think we bought the same one. It's pretty awesome and should last me to 30 I hope. The talents on it are insane (dunno if that's random). I have "kill an enemey to restore 8% health" and "kill an enemy to reduce skill cooldown by 5%".

First time with game last nigbt... Still can't get ds4 button prompts to show up on pc version. Far cry primal no issues with plug n play with ds4.
Have ds4 windows on and off, but showing the xbox button prompts. I have the DS4 USB to pc.
Heard it plug n play but a no go for me. Playing u play version digitally.

I'll say it again, last night the servers were really messed up. I fell through the game world and couldn't salvage it during the hospital daily. I even restarted my whole game and right where the mission starts the floor was gone and fell through again.
It finally worked ok after a 2nd restart. Luckily the people I was with left the boss at a sliver of health and waited for me. Pretty cool randos
Things were just really weird. People also claimed to not run into a single non hostile in hours at the dz.

Interesting thing happened last night. I had a hard console crash when I was in the DZ - had about 5 purples in my pack and another couple on the ground. When I finally was able to get back up and running, not only did the game start me in the middle of the dark zone but I also still had my 5 purples which I was very surprised at. Ones on the ground were gone. Dave came into the DZ to help me extract.
You'll always have to get another one. I had some trouble letting go of guns, but the truth is you'll have a better one in 2 hours and they're all just variants of each other except for damage.
I'm still using purple 31 crit/crit gloves from DZ since I haven't gotten better ones from CM yet, and I'm not DZ rank 50 yet. The gloves/chest/holster patterns come from the DZ vendors. I also have an AUG and M1A from DZ drops. The vast majority of my gear is from PC though.
I fell through the game world during the daily CM, right when the mods were rushing us as we protected the bomb defuser. I then reappeared at my home base. I had to fast travel to the mission, then run through the entire mission again to get to my team. Was so annoying.

Thanks, I figured as much. I keep getting full purple extractions but want to know if should even bother with the loot or just get mods to extract. I take a quick look at what drops but dont pick up blues and now am watching purples too.
Could try that I guess.

BTW, Lincoln Tunnel CM is supposed to be one of the two "easier" CMs right? I tried pugging it a few times and each time we just get destroyed at the entrance. I'll try out pugging for Event Center CM but I can't say I'm too optimistic about it.
At this point it feels like I'm better off just trying to get a DZ group going or just get 4 lvl 30s and get PCs from the hard dailies.

Can't get a decent HE gloves to drop. Not rank 50 yet (currently 30) so can't buy the glove schematics from the DZ vendors. Current Superior gloves are too damn good to replace. Has Critical Damage, Critical Hit Chance, and Damage to Elites for major attributes.
Guess I should see who is online on my friend list that wants to go do some DZ stuff for a bit.

It's important to always fall back when enemies spawn. Not find the closest cover.
I still pick up everything. Crafting takes so many mats, and you may have to craft multiple times to get decent rolls on your gear.

No problem, that was fun. Felt a sense of urgency when I went in, even more than usual as I wanted to make sure and get there quick enough without running into any enemies or rogues. Didn't want you to lose your loot for good. Can't wait to hit 30 so I can start spending more time in the DZ.

Which upgrades should I get first from each wing? Are there any priorities?
You'll get enough resources from playing to basically unlock everything by 30 which is when it;ll really "matter", but I would recommend saving up enough to get a Signature skill ASAP (unlock the 3 big upgrades for a wing). This is a different skill slot and the effect is big. Didn't realize this til the 20s. I play in a group, so the medical uber heal is really nice. Also, the final talent unlocks when you complete the medical wing upgrades, so maybe prioritize that (others are at lvl 5,15,25).
Regular daily is Challenging, if you mean the Hard Difficulty dailies those are a breeze to run though
If gear a little before jumping in unless you have a group that'll help carry you.
Definitely get the 10% EXP boost from the security wing. Anything else you will want to unlock based on your play style/build.

I am having the same problem and it started yesterday as well. I came here and ask but got no response.
The xp perk from Security was noticeable to leveling up quickly. Hitting max level is probably the main thing to do.
Health is always great since medkits are valuable
Game bugged out and wouldn't let me extract from the DZ last night despite multiple tries... Finally after leaving the DZ and reloading it spawned me in a safe house in the middle of the DZ...why? Anyways, it was late and I figured I'd try for a quick extract. Made it back down to DZ01 extraction and started it up... As I was dealing with about 6-8 purple guys that swarmed in I got shotgunned in the back by another player lol. Thanks, Massive, you owe me 8 purples and a checkered hat.
That 10% extra credit one is good too, it's on the medical wing
