Tekken is really tempting at that price. Also Mario Kart 8 is a good purchase for anyone who doesn't have it yet, as you can buy it now and get the DLC for less than $60 total!

Tekken Tag Tournament 2 has an insane amount of content for the price. 59 characters, 4 costumes each and costume characterization. Nintendo costumes too.

Also a ton of modes including bonus modes like Tekken Ball and Mushroom Battle.

Buying a digital copy to go with my two physical ones.

SMT4 for $14 is a good deal, though half the reason to buy Atlus games is because they have such limited production runs so the physical copies are always worth money.

Picked up Galaga (I need Galaga on everything I own) and Kirby's Dream Land 2 on 3DS (the original is my favorite GB platformer, never beat the sequel). Considering Punch Out but I have it on Wii U, and I'm bad at it.

Pretty shitacular. Where's the AAA games for sale? Splatoon, Mario Maker, Captain Toad, DKCTF, Xenoblade?

Please buy Tekken. The only person I match against is one dude that kills me cheaply. And I mean, I matched against him on different days.

I bought Tekken at retail ages ago when it went on clearance and I can't jive with it at all.

All the characters feel so stiff and don't flow well at all.

Edit: Also halfway through the first page and no "Lol Nintendo this is what you call a sale? Get on Steam's level." comments? I'm proud of you, NeoGAF.

Edit 2: Ooh, so close.

Nintendo's "sales" are always pathetic. 20.99 for Mario Kart, a 4+ year old game? Give me a break...

It's a bummer that My Nintendo doesn't offer a gold coin reward for games under $5. I'd probably buy more if they did.

I find the concept of Mario Kart 8 being on sale amusing. Is there actually an active Wii U owner out there that doesn't own it?

(If you don't, get it right this instant, you idiot)

Super Spring Sale and nothing about their more recent titles.

They could offer a discount for Super Mario Maker or Fatal Frame already

For those buying VLR, avoid saving during puzzles and don't save in the PEC (Pressure Exchange) or Crew's Quarters puzzle rooms. Unless you want to risk your save becoming corrupted.

Did we ever confirm if the eshop version of VLR is fixed and doesn't have all the horrible bugs?

I still haven't played the (download) copy I bought a while ago...

Gotta keep game sales/revenue lower to give a sense of premium quality to the Execs, it's hurting overall profits a bit, but they would rather see that than a perceived cheapening of their brand. Pride can hurt if you can't get past the 1980's mindset.

There are people in the internet that say it still does, better safe than sorry. Just don't save in those two rooms I said in my post above like ever.
