Thought this was interesting:
It's a simple thing, but it shows how a woman's presence in the industry does actually little to more diversity in the game, plus how easy it can be to implement with a simple conversation. Maybe it can be as simple as swapping out your more usual characters bases to be a little more interesting?
Druckmann: When Im introducing and describing a new character to our lead character concept artist, constantly she will ask, What if it was a girl? And Im like, Oh, I didnt think about that. Let me think, does that affect or change anything? No? Cool, thats different. Yeah, lets do it.
