WWE ordered Reigns to go into the locker room last week to apologize to everyone before he was flown home. There were mixed reactions to it. The person who first told me about it said that Mark Carrano ordered Reigns to do it, which means it came from Paul Levesque and not Vince McMahon’s side. They felt there was no need to humiliate him like that but others didn’t have the same reaction. I think it’s the group that likes him because he’s still one of the boys even though you can easily get a big head when they build everything around you vs. the people who have the natural issue of feeling he was lucky based on his look and that Vince and HHH loved him and pushed him early and kept doing it even when it wasn’t working.

Billie Kay from NXT made Dana look very bad in that match. She was clearly used as talent enhancement, but she looked much more impressive.

With the brand split, we're about to get some. I'm glad this week we got to see it back to form. Maybe because they were close to full sail it was easy to do.


Not a bad match between Banks & Summer. Summer looks so much better.

Holy shit. Farooq is shooting on WWF being racist against blacks by not having black champs and even a #1 contender, and McMahon who is interviewing him asks him if he thinks the comments are racist.

The Nation is on fire at this point.

Upper midcard tier and hot enough for their leader to be given a title shot.

New Day aren't even that hot.

It's a shame he never really had a shot though because the main event scene is so hot and crowded it would be difficult for a new heel to break through.

Then you know, The Rock joined the Nation and Farooq was second fiddle.

Holy shit, Rob Van Dam is about to squash Jeff Hardy.

I hated how he was so outspoken, then he was silenced. Rooq, could've beaten Taker for the title in June, then lost it in July, it wasn't that hard. But it was so perfect for him to win. Especially with the history between Kama and Taker, Kama could've cost Taker the match.

I know what you mean, but in the long run it would have been pointless as Farooq would never be main event level, and in 1997 they kept people protected for their level. There was no 50 / 50 so if Farooq had won the belt it would have signaled him and the Nation as main event tier which there was no plans for at that point in time.

Being involved big with Taker for a few months signals high mid to main event status. They were just stop big and got so much heat that it was low hanging fruit.

Yeah it seemed they had to redo the surgery on the shoulder due to scare tissue or something. He teamed with tm-61 in the 3 on 3 match.

I wonder since Punk and Bryan are gone I wonder if he will take those moves again as his finishers.

edit: He used the Busaiku knee to win.
