Nothing...Just listened to the Inside section. What did Brad even spoil? I honestly don't know.
FTFY
i genuinely feel bad for you

Thank you GAF for warning me about potential Insider spoilers on this episode. I'll skip it until I finish the game.
what
Instant mashed potatoes are potatoes that have been through an industrial process of cooking, mashing and dehydrating to yield a packaged convenience food that can be reconstituted by adding hot water or milk, producing a close approximation of mashed potatoes. They are available in different flavors.
What was up with that SFV section? I shit on that game more than it probably deserves and even I think that part was crazy.
I mean, yeah, June update is July 1st. That is symbolically hilarious, but doesn't actually matter to anyone.

As someone who just finished Inside and listened to this podcast last night, I have no fucking idea what people in this thread consider to be spoilers anymore.
You should be perfectly fine.
Ill never understand spoilers here, every time I go in a Souls thread and they tag the boss names I just stare blankly at the screen and think wtf. Note some bosses may deserve this as they time into a super vague story... Most do not.
People tag boss names in those games because figuring out what the boss does is half the fun of the boss encounter. If you walk into Boss #4, see the name, and then immediately go "Oh yeah, this is the boss that you're supposed to X, Y, and Z against", it kind of ruins the whole damn encounter and/or surprise.
The Inside talk was so frustrating. Like it was 15 minutes straight of saying nothing but "It's really good guys, it's really good. It's better than Limbo. it's really good."
For God's sake, talk some bloody specifics and let the people who care about spoilers skip past the segment. That discussion said virtually nothing about the game.
A comforter...cover?!
No one ever suggest to try the Wii version of RE4 to Jeff. It certainly solves the aiming problem.
Of course this is a site where like half the population recoiled in horror at the suggstion of washing their sheets more than once a year, so...
What? When did that happen? What's wrong with people?Of course this is a site where like half the population recoiled in horror at the suggstion of washing their sheets more than once a year, so...
He also hates motion aiming.

What a controversial opinion that is.
No one said it was. Hope you don't strain anything jumping to Jeff's defense over a slight that only existed in your imagination.
oh so they're like Max Payne 3 fans
That's exactly what the quick look was too, Brad running to the right, essentially doing nothing in the very intro and just saying "ITS SO GOOD".
I still have no idea what the game is.

If you're the type of person who thinks random boss names are "spoilers"... why would you know the strategies in advance? Wouldn't you avoid strategy discussions at all costs?
Absolutely nothing. Spoiler culture is out of control if anyone actually thinks Brad "spoiled" anything.
Because what they've shown at the last two E3s looks insanely fun.
Horizon looks so good!
Because Horizon has shown off new, really incredible shit every time it's on display?
Game looks and apparently plays good, seems like it's worthwhile to be excited about it. I know I am.
Most nice comforters are down filled and require dry cleaning. To keep them clean you use interchangeable slipcovers.

I think it's super weird how they don't have a cover for the comforter. That's the thing I wash all the time and the comforter itself very rarely.I've stayed at a German hotel (in Cologne even) and I don't remember anything odd about their beds. But I'm European, maybe we all have fucked up beds?

Americans, man.

How many games "look" great before launch only to end up disappointing? Again, it's the kill zone team I worry about. I have no reason to believe they are suddenly going to deliver on a great game. The killzone games looked great before they were released, too. Sure Horizon looks great, but will that translate to a full, fun game once it launches? I obviously hope I'm wrong, but I kinda doubt it.
We'll see.
I have no reason to believe they are suddenly going to deliver on a great game.
Are these bad scores?
Not really. I throw all of the covers on my bed in the wash at the same time and it only takes one run through the dryer to get everything dry. It's exactly like every other load of laundry I've ever done.Until this bombcast I have NEVER heard of anyone sleeping under an uncovered duvet!
Is it an american thing?
Surely it's easier to put a cover on and wash that, than trying to wash an entire duvet frequently!?

I would definitely prefer that they discuss some current game indepth with spoilers.
So many games that interesting plots/twists/mechanics barely get talked about because have to be careful to not spoil people.
After 2 weeks everyone has forgotten the game and we get a 2 sentence summary of "that was cool" during GOTY discussions and that's it.
There's like one spoilercast a year for specific games they love. It's a bummer to hear them talk about stuff like Inside, firewatch or the witness and they can't talk about what's actually good about them.
I dunno, just wash the comforter. It doesn't take any extra work. It's big - so what?
They're not great scores, either.
