Is the F6 Porsche Expansion worth $10? Today is the last day to buy it on sale, would love some feedback!

I might be the wrong person to ask but I think it is definitely worth the money. It adds a bunch of awesome Porsche cars, a great little "career" and some fun showcases.

For $10 it is definitely worth it.

I just picked this game up over the weekend. It's my first Forza game and it is awesome. I've only finished 2.5 career series so far but I'm excited to try some more!

I also hit two million credit jackpots in my first two levels so I'm ready for more cars!

Lol yeah they throw lots of money at you early on in the game, it's great.

Mmmmm, first Forza game... I remember having skipped 4 and Horizon 1(unvoluntarily, but I'm not gonna tell that story again) and then getting the day1 XB1 and Forza 5... it was a bit like christmas, revitalized and intensified my love for racing/driving sims.

Do you still have a 360 lying around? I think FH1 is still worth playing for the first time now. It's not very pretty looking but it's fun.

Now the NASCAR campaign is something wild. Driving NASCAR cars on Le Mans or the Ring going against GT and LMP cars? Oh yeah.

I think I prefer being given a car, rather than picking one, I also like the fact that most of the races are raced stock (or at least the ones I've done so far)

But then you can't adjust brake bias, if your car doesn't have carbon-ceramic brakes and so many other things that make some of the Porsches feel terrible and not even accurately terrible.

I mean, I liked the Porsche expansion a lot, VIR and all the pre-computer Porsches are really great, but I completely lost interest in the FM "campaigns" and even the showcases. Races where I have to adjust the AI to be considerably worse than me so I can get in 3 laps from 16th to third place without playing bumper cars, just don't do it for me. The showcase events, where you pick a car and race against 3 AI drivers (and have to finish 1st), are stupid too when one of the cars clearly outclasses the other cars.

I think I didn't even play 25% of the showcases overall. Broken economy and no story/progressive campaign doesn't help either. But you know what? Yea, I wish it was better, but there are a ton of physics/car-tech modeling stuff that I'd rather have in the game than an improved campaign.

I think I've mentioned my thoughts on the Forza career ad nauseam, I just had more fun with the career events I've done (so far) in the Porsche Exp, that's not to say that they are "good" or there aren't things that need a lot of fixing though.

I tried playing a league race in NASCAR. Waited forever in an empty lobby. Took a look at the leaderboards and only 52 people had even raced in it lol.

It's pretty amazing. My only experience with Forza came from the free weekend for Forza 5 and the Horizon 2 Fast and Furious tie in.

I'm really enjoying it. My wife will soon grow tired of the roaring engine sounds coming from the speakers!

Probably the coolest car pack for FM6, awesome diversity.
I guess it's not easy to figure out the physics of a 3-wheeler(basically) and a racing truck within the limits of Turn 10's car-physic systems and then we even get them in the same pack along with other cars that would definitely make it on the cool wall.

I wish we could drive the racing truck in Horizon 3...

Isetta?! are you kidding me?!?! F6 has the best car packs of the lot, also the diversity of cars in this game gets better every pack, top job T10

Just had a go in the truck. It's ten gears of fun. Shame there's not a way of forcing the whole field to be driving the truck though. Needs to be added as a race class.

With sim damage on I was able to plow through a field of cars the game put up against me, and most needed a visit to the pit. :)

I'll get for that truck. An okay pack otherwise.

Still got a shitload of great dlc cars and I just bought everything I didn't have and VIP with the recent sale.

I would have loved another modern f1 car to go with the lotus. Assetto Forza gets a modern Ferrari.

Benchmarking the Isetta is good for a laugh; it fails all the acceleration and braking metrics.

The racing truck is the new alpha in B-class as far as I'm concerned. Lap times be damned, I just liking lording over all the lilliputians.
