I just have to wonder, they announced this long after the Marvel game, but we still have absolutely no clue what the latter's going to be like or about. So, when the fuck are we getting info on it? Don't get me wrong, though, very excited for this. Possibly more than whatever the Marvel one's going to be, unless it's Spider-Man, I guess.

Doesn't read OPs, especially not his own
Troy baker doesnt strike me as a batman kind of guy, he can pull off goofy voices, he can pull off the "every man" voices but he doesnt strike me as a guy who can voice a rich mid 30s to mid 40s playboy who is also a vigilante who strikes fear into criminals at night.

I think Troy Baker has now played all the big characters in the Bat-Universe. lol.

He was more than fine in the Lego Batman games.

So the voice actor if Yuri Lowell is gonna be Batman? That sounds incredibly logical. Hopefully the last third of the story doesn't drop him acting like Batman for some environmental plot

Telltale's Batman spotlights the less thrilling side of Bruce Wayne (PC Gamer)

Telltale’s long-awaited Batman adventure will have you spend as much time playing as Bruce Wayne as you will playing the Caped Crusader. I’m not totally convinced by that direction yet.

I watched (but wasn't able to play) 30 minutes of episode one at E3, which Telltale suggested will be out very soon. The opening cuts between Batman stopping a bank robbery while encountering Catwoman, as well as Bruce back at Wayne Manor fixing himself up after a rough night in Gotham.

The Batman sequence presents the usual Telltale mix of QTEs and dialogue options...If you’ve played a Telltale game, you’ll know what to expect from the format

The idea is that decisions you make as Bruce will affect the Batman part of his life, and vice versa, though it’s too early to figure out how from this demo.

The familiarity of the format may be part of the problem. Telltale’s approach seems unwavering, and it doesn’t feel like the formula is able to bend around a character as iconic as the Dark Knight.

I like the look but it for a game that's supposed to look like a comic, the Batman design is still too "tacticool" and overcomplicated for me.

Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.
It's bizarre that anyone is impressed with the visuals in Telltale's games when their competition is Until Dawn and Detroit.

Richard Mcgonagle??

*fist pumps air, then air humps air, then goes to the kitchen, makes a BLT sandwich, slips on a strip of lettuce, and blacks out*

Will look into it for Sully-voiced Carmine.

This game, graphically, actually looks pretty clean! They should have gone with Kevin Conroy as Batman.

edit: what are the odds of Joker showing up? I would be really surprised if he's not in it.

If I ever post something in Japanese which I don't understand, please BAN me.
Why can't we get a trailer? the first episode comes out in summer ffs.

Come on Telltale, at least give us a small teaser. Just give us something already.

I want this so hard. Telltale is neat because they either knock it out of the park or they fall really flat. There is no denying though, they have a style all their own and I think its going to be a fit for this franchise.

Travis Willingham as Gordon? I could see it.

Laura Bailey as Catwoman? I like.

The cast seems good. Hopefully it isn't a Joker story though.

Well the Tales of the Borderlands team is working on it and that was fantastic so i have high hopes for Batman.

It's so refreshing to know that they'll be exploring a lot of the Bruce Wayne aspect of the character, and not just the Dark Knight. Speaking of which, the Bat Suit looks incredible, as does the rest of the game, judging from these screenshots. I love that it looks like a refined version of the Origins suit. And the cast is just fantastic! Laura Bailey, Travis Willingham, Troy Baker, and Richard McGonagle!? Fuck yes!

Telltale hasn't let me down yet, and I'm sure I'll love this as well. Now, please give me a Doctor Who game.

Those game's aren't really their competition though. Games like Life is Strange is more in that ball park

Well congratulations! You got yourself caught!
Why the fuck is Troy Baker not voicing The Joker? he was phenomenal in Arkham Origins.

No reason to think he won't? Unless I misread, but didn't see Joker listed among the voice talent yet, if he is included in this game at all. Certainly possible that Troy would dual-role if desired, and if so, they may be saving that announcement.
