This is as stupid as MGS V, where you have to sit through the intro with whatever settings it dictates, and then change the settings after it is done

Even worse (unlike MGS V), you then have to restart after changing settings - so you have to go through the intro all over again!

Seems smooth for me, once I realised you have to hold click to change vsync/FPS and some other options. Unlocked FPS and turned vsync off, smooth as.

4770k
GTX1080
16GB RAM

1440p

Please tell me that's a joke...

Welp. We have pretty much the same setup. Not good.

Please specify your resolution/framerate/settings before scaring people (including me)

god damn it!
That performance was on the games default settings, which is 1080p on like medium/low settings.
I just bumped everything to max and the performance is the same. Oh and here's the kicker, despite me turning the in-game fps lock off (and v-sync), the game is still locked to 30fps (even though my GPU usage is around 60%.

Fake Edit: I just tried to re tab into the game and apparently that isn't possible.... gonna have to restart the game again, which is something you have to do even if you change a simple setting such as v-sync.

Runs like utter dog shit for me :(
Getting sub 30fps and stuttering constantly, this is with medium settings at 1080p

My spec:

Intel Core i7 4930K Unlocked (6 x 3.4 GHZ)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 Ti - 3 GB
16 GB Kingston HyperX Beast 2400 MHz (2x8GB)

Word of warning, every graphics setting change requires a restart which means you have to sit through the intro again unless you get to save a point.

Gettinhg stutters all over the show on my rig here not getting a solid 60 at all

rig is

i7 Skylake
GTX 980
16GB DDR4
Did you make sure you aren't on 30fps? Latest driver? I'm running over 80fps with

I5-4690k
16gb DDR3
GTX 980TI

Smooth as hell no stutter looks amazing.

This. Runs great so far in 1440p with a GTX980. I have Gsync and get between 45 and 60 frames without stuttering after changing to 60FPS and restarting the game.

Good to hear. This is my setup as well. Will give it a go when I get home from work....in 3 hours :/

Holy shit this is a blurry mess.

1080p with SSAAx4 on and it doesn't even look like real 1080p

Also it won't let me change my melee button anymore. I can click it as much as I want, I can't config it.

At least it runs at 80-120 fps on my 970 on all max.

Reading all those first impressions, I'm sweating a lot with i3-5005U, 8GB DDR3 and Geforce 920M 2GB. And I wanted to play it in 720p when I come home in several hours... Yep, I'm sweating a lot^^

Bummed I can't bind actions to my side mouse buttons (mouse 4 and mouse 5).

EDIT: Also, alt-tabbing seems to break it. But I was in fullscreen mode I think...

Quantum Break with good performance confirmed.

1080P @ Max settings / FXAA

Weird jumps between 60 and 40 fps, at seemingly random intervals. Getting in my ship auto-locks the framerate to 30 for some reason.

Not to mention the awful stuttering.

Edit: Using the latest nVidia drivers.

Alt+Tab makes the game not open anymore...siiiiigh

Also, having to hold your mouse click to change settings like on a damn controller....lol

Apparently the 21:9 support is just a stretched 16:9. GG Hello Games

Anyone from gaf tried yet ?

Ok, here we go

368.81 (or whatever latest is)

I5 4590/970/16GB RAM/SSD

Have restarted and still getting a lot of stutter panning the camera, moving around, etc. Can clearly manage 60fps, but the stutter is very bad.

Sorry for the late reply (work). Cost me about 1956 Canadian w/ tax. Love it.

Hmm, thats about £1000.

I am really thinking of buying it. it seems powerful enough, is it heavy? I have used to carry Ultrabooks around and the idea of buying a heavy laptop seems a tad heavy on me

Total biscuit is saying shit port confirmed basically, loads of stuttering and hitching etc, I kind of had a feeling this would be the case, this port has literally been thrown together at the last minute hasn't it?

FOV isn't working lol.
No stuttering/hitching on my end and FOV works fine.

Works fine for CohhCarnage as well (stream i checked out while downloading mine) maybe it's a hardware/patch issue on his end or maybe he needs to restart the game?
