And with that I'm not willing to slam and ridicule people for playing and enjoying a video game.
Can't speak for others but my expressed "ridicule" was of the behaviour these people displayed, i.e. blocking public roads and places, disrupting traffic and public transport and people needing to get to place, in crowds of thousands - all to catch a virtual Pokemon. My opinion is that their priorities/thought for others is pretty shit. Playing a video game is one thing, but playing it and doing... this, is a whole other ball game.
If you get sensitive because people on NeoGaf think Pokemon Go players blocking roads is stupid, too bad for you.
No ridicule here for playing the actual game itself, so long as, you know, you do the bare minimum required to not disrupt other people's lives (though I do personally think it's overrated) - unless you count my comment for Pokemon Go being a "Fun casual distraction, but not life-absorbing. Baffling" as somehow offensive.
Now - sensitive gamers who take differing opinions against the games they like to heart - those are who I like to slam.
