I can't get the damn rally DLC to download. The XB1 store says it's not available, and the game gives me this shit every time....

as some1 who started with 2, 1 is well-worth playing. they're both so good, i wasn't expecting to get sucked right back in just like i did with 2. i was more expecting to be like "oh neat," but i am legitimately addicted.

Hey guys I'm having problems with I Xbox live when I try to do online for red dead redemption , it mentions that 'your gamer profile does not have the correct permission to access Xbox live." But when I tried halo I can play Online multiplayer" I went to the settings of privacy and allowed everything. I also clicked on the download profile when I tried to access the game through the single player and nothing.
What can I do?

That means the servers are down. Unfortunately the only option is to try later and hope they're up. I was getting that message, the servers were briefly up before (although that's when I discovered that any token purchases like the treasure map don't carry over to the XB1...) but it looks like they're down again.

So because money is tight right now, I let my XBL sub lapse. Was using my 360 and saw that my cloud saves were inaccessible, would the same hold true on the XBO?

Xbox One just saves to the cloud with or without Gold (hell it even doesn't really show you the differences, it's just doing the work in the background).
360 however requires you to have Gold to save and load from the cloud, and no a 24 hour free card won't let you access it either.
The lighting is exceptional, those sunsets especially.
I can't believe I missed this first time around.

Alongside Halo 4 in autumn 2012, both 343 and Playground pushed the 360 way beyond anything else on the system imo. The image quality on both titles is so clean and beautiful and the graphics are stunning.

Man, FH1 is really fun. I'm a bit embarrassed to say I always rolled my eyes at the 'millions' of Forza games when they're announce them at MS press conferences etc stating I had no interest in them... had no idea Horizon was more the 'fun open world' type thing than a heavy sim one until recently.
Should I get the FH1 DLC while it is on special or just put that money towards FH2 + DLC (again, while it is on special) or *gulp* even FH3???
Feel overwhelmed with options now haha.

Definitely get FH3.
Forza Horizon 3 man, for sure. That shit will blow minds, it's also built for current gen only so no restraints. Just get FH2 after you're done with 3, which probably won't be for a while. lol, the funny thing is we were talking about how she needed a Star from Mario Kart to smash all the other cars out of the way then she managed to do that anyway. XD
Thanks for the advice guys, I'm gonna keep keeping an eye out for a cheap second hand copy of FH2 and now hopefully grab FH3 as well.

I know this is a pipe dream, but I really wish PG would add impulse trigger support to FH1.
Anyone have any luck with this? Bought the Season Pass, can't download Horizon Rally on the Bone.

My previously purchased DLC, as well as the Season Pass I just bought, show up under Manage game but I believe the rest need to be downloaded from in the game in order to not be charged twice. I don't believe the store itself recognizes the Season Pass and what is included in it.
This happened to me with Gears 3. Bought the season pass when it was on sale a few months ago, but I had to boot up my 360 and download the DLC there first in order to avoid being charged twice.

How did you get the Rally Expansion downloaded? Like many others I bought/downloaded the Season Pass but in-game cannot access the server to download the expansion and outside of the game on the store page it says the expansion is unavailable.
I have the 360 still connected in the basement, so maybe I'll give that a shot and then see if I can install from the Manage Game screen on the One.

Forza Horizon is legit good. It also still holds amazingly well visually. Almost looks better than Horizon 2 and easily looks better than Motorsport 5.
It definitely doesnt look as good as Horizon 2 or better than Motorsport 5 but it does still look surprisngly good

I was able to download the Rally Expansion yesterday. I had a small window of time where it was up and available. I haven't been able to access the Marketplace in game though to see if I'm missing anything from the season pass, and I've had a handful of medals from the 1000 thing not unlock because of server stuff.

Anyone struggling to get the rally DLC for Horizon I managed to download it by searching in the store on the dashboard and grabbing it that way. There were two listings for it. One says not available but the other should let you download. Once back into the game I hit on Rally in the main menu and it launched the DLC.
This was after constantly having server issues inside the game when trying to access the in game marketplace.

I bought the Season Pass (which includes the Rally Expansion), the other listing attempts to charge you again for the expansion even if you already own the Season Pass.
I wish I would have just bought the Rally Expansion but considering both were the same price it made zero sense to do so.

I love both games, but no.
It's an amazing feat given it must have been pushing the 360 to its limits. I have had zero stutters, it really runs great.

Yeah that's really bad. Mine don't last as long but happen at shitty times. And ffs, fix the servers!!! I paid for a season pass and can't access any of it.
