I've gotta wonder if they will do a custom design lab for consoles aswell. Usually MS custom consoles have some sort of design to them, not just plain colours. Wonder if these are some sort of test to see how viable it is on a large scale or something?

Deosn't sound like the Pro is the best choice then & also depends what you are into. I feel like when it comes to multiplayer gaming Xbox has the better exclusives.

The Storm Grey and the Military Green both look boss. Their console really take custom colors so well.

And I especially love how again they have a console bundle with the best & complete version of the game, plus extras at a discount. Same deal with the Gears 4 console, which is why I'm getting that - instead of just putting a regular copy with a regular version of the game, fans that specifically want that game can get something special.

I'm not sure if it would be viable.

Because
1. The turn around time wouldn't be that great especially if it gets popular
2. What about the existing stick on shelves. If you have every ody( hypothetical) buying custom consoles wouldn't that negatively affect retailers
3. Price. I'm assuming an extra $50-$100 on top of the base console price

I think I am the only one here who really likes the white console . In fact my friend decided to sell his 2tb white console for me that he just bought for like 400$ not a while ago for 300$. And it happens that I am really in love with the white and black on the system and the white controller . He wants the limited edition gears of war heh.

I am really thinking of buying it from him for that price and the limited 2tb is always a good value to convince my self later if a new cool bundle is out I will say ( I wouldn't trade a 2tb for 1tb ) lol . Specially when I am not a fan of wires or external hard drive attached to the console . Heh

To be fair couldn't all those arguments be made for controller aswell though?

Dunno though I just think it's strange they've went with 2 all colour consoles now when they have always added at least some design to them. Even the Forza 6 console had the racing strip down it.
