I think Jim is a lot wiser than these filth merchants and stays silent on the issue while the case against him is still open, not because he *has to but because its the far more sensible option.

I don't have time to read all the documentation, but it looks like they've tried to put together a case to sue everyone who's ever talked shit about them?! What a pair of clowns. They have to know that bringing Valve into this will see them ground into dust, and left to pay legal fees in the tens of thousands most likely. As noted, if they put a fraction of this effort into making a decent game they wouldn't have to worry about suing anyone.
