My thoughts.

Trump: Better debater, more charismatic, more suitable for foreign policy. His domestic policies would be disgusting.

Hillary: More sane, totally better at domestic policies. She never wanted to address Trump head on though which worries me.

Conclusion: I still don't like either candidates.

Head on? Like turning it into a shouting match, getting nasty, and interjecting non stop like "wrooonggu" during other people's speaking time.

Fucking jackass. Hillary doesn't need to stoop to his level.

Edit: Trump is the jackass, not you.

Trump: Started strong, calm, dare I say presidential. By the time it ended, he was floundering so bad that it almost looked like it was rigged against him. Obviously it wasn't, but damn.

Hillary: She came off a bit smug. Not to me, but I can see her detractors saying that. I hope that the next debate allows for more constructive conversations.

Jesus those people from Florida are simple minded. IMO the candidates don't scare me, the average level of intelligence scare me.

Trump overall is just the canary in the mineshaft. His rise is a sign of what the average level of intelligence has drifted towards, aside even from his support among people who are literal white supremacists.

Dumb country with poorly educated population; conditioned to respond to celebrity and television status; goes hog wild for reality show host who represents the low-class perception of what wealth, strength, and power look like.

It's sexism. Plain and simple. Women are criticized for smiling too much/not smiling enough, etc. etc. etc. etc.

Shit, my wife has been stopped on the street in downtown Seattle and told "you should smile. more" at least fifteen times in her 10+ year career by random men that she doesn't know.

That blows my fucking mind.

My opinion is that Hillary sounded by far the most respectable and intelligent. However, I think Trump dominated the stage. I feel that Hillary will get a boost from this, but I don't think it detracted from Trump - it was just more of the same for him so I don't think it will hurt him.

There were certain times when Trump could have had some very good answers, specifically when asked how he would combat ISIS in the USA. He should have brought up preventing immigrants and refugees from coming into the country so he could appeal to his base, yet he went on a tangent about something completely unrelated...I don't even remember what it was...

And right on cue CNN's poll of debate watchers has it 67% think HIllary won. If that's not a KO I don't know what is. Tonight was a very, very, very bad night for the Donald.
I think it is the same old same old - 45% dem, 45% repub, 10% independent leading to a very close race.

hopped on the_donald for amusement sake. They have a megathread with links to every major website poll out there about who won the debate, asking his legion of shitheels to go out and vote Trump.

Any reader poll is going to be intensely biased by the angry white male sub-30 troll community for a while.

And yet they're the ones who whine about "rigged polls" any time it's not in their favour.

Left Nintendo in October 2010

Yep 2 years later.

Google Cammie Dunaway and look at the first 6,7 links and see how much people irrationally hated her.

She left Nintendo at their peak and joined a fuking Mexican Chain.

How does leaving a year and a half later, mean she got kicked for her performance at E3?

You just shot your own argument in the foot.

and WTF is 'a fucking mexcian chain' mean? Do they not also have marketing specialists?

With any other candidate I would expect them to lick their wounds, learn from their loss, redouble their efforts and take a different tack in the next debate.

But this is Trump. I'm not sure he's capable of holding to any real plan for more than 15 minutes, especially when countered.

Useless poll honestly. I mean, she obviously won, but the CNN guy admitted the demos skew hard in favor of Dems.

I don't think people who are looking at online polls have any idea how powerful the alt-right online troll brigade is.
Pretty much. I remember a while back when shitty, racist Youtube comments would generally get far lower upvotes than non-shitty, non-racist comments. Stopped being the case around the time that Trump started campaigning.

I am so relieved at Trump saying twice that he would accept a win by Hillary Clinton.

Not that you can hold him to his word but it puts some of my worries to rest.

The picture you posted was from E3 2008; and the "fuking Mexican Chain" is huge, fast growing, and keeping with her lengthy experience with Frito-Lay before Nintendo. Most sales and marketing people aren't 13 year olds who want to work at GameStop because games are cool, they're people who like selling and don't really give much of a shit what it is they're selling. She was with the company for a total of 3.5 years, which is about standard for a sales/marketing exec.

I'm not an American but a thought just popped into my head.

If Hilary wins the election, then would this be the first time (ever?) that a Husband and Wife were elected president of the same country in separate instances?

Appealing to the base isn't what he should be doing at these debates. He should be appealing to undecideds.

Depressing - 27% lost to reason. That's the problem of basically having just two parties.

Uh dude it would be the first time a woman was elected period

Trump admitted to tax evasion because he's smart but no one will recognize this

His fucking base will still vote for him because he's the conservative candidate

Fuck

Yeah I am not sure I have agreed with anything he has ever said. I was shitting my pants for the first 20 minutes but Hillary obviously prepared and turned the tables and let him dig his own grave.

I thought she got stronger though as the debate went on. He was so weak on almost everything after the first 20 minutes.

Terrible debate stamina...

I was laughing my ass of when he started talking about stamina. Like, seriously, you're stamina during this debate was worn thin!

How can any sane person think he won this?

"I agreed that Obama is an American citizen...this year."

"Cyber"

"Opening fire on a ship taunting us wouldn't have caused a war."

"You've been battling ISIS for 30 years."

"You don't have the stamina."

"You practiced too much."

WTF is this dude even saying at this point?
