It's fantastic, and served as both a love letter to and swansong for the traditional big budget home console JRPG. It's very much in the mould of Final Fantasy VII-X. It has a few faults (a weak villain particularly), but it's a beautiful game in more ways than one.

To say MS is killing it with backwards compatibility is an understatement. I still don't get how they're doing this one the one with software emulation, but i love that they are doing it.

Nobou Uematsu knocked it out of the park. Great music, great gameplay, great graphics, great story, great characters.

Absolutely loved this game to bits. Sakaguchi's games all have that same 'down to earth' type of feel i like(or as down to earth as they can get considering the over the top fantasy elements). I got the same feeling from "The Last Story" as i did Lost Odyssey

Cool to see it with XB1 support. oneida lag-tested VF5FS and showed that BC only added a frame of lag (impressive given the tech hurdles IMO), probably the same case with other BC games.

Didn't Outrun get delisted, I know Forza Horizon got delisted but you could actually get that game up to now, Outrun was taken away a long time ago.

Does the company still exist to sell a digital copy of Lost Odyssey even if they solved the disc issue?
