it is a bit more complicated than just adding the .exe to steam with battle.net games, but there are a lot of instructions on the net

Finally finished Shadow Warrior, that took forever. The last big encounter was hard as balls. They just threw everything and the kitchen sink at you, the final group was a mix of every enemy in the game, including those annoying berserkers and summoners.

Im just an hour in the game, i dont know if its short. But its fun. I like historical/political themes in games anyway. Feels like an arcade "Orwell", also very good.

I feel like staying away from games other than Rocket League for so many months made me develop sort of a silly high bar in terms of stuff I can deal with in games, in terms of how gameplay treats the player

I get that its that + just getting older + indie games tending to handle this stuff better

but it really is truth. at the first sign of annoyance by something that seems really easy to fix or to come up with a better solution for I just wanna drop the whole thing

either its something unskippable, redoing stuff for the sake of it, toddler-level tutorial, etc

been a lot of start and drop whenever I tried to play other things lately

there's too many games out there I just kinda cant deal with mediocre ones

I tried the new Mirror's Edge at a friends place and I couldnt fuckin believe you had to sit through a loading screen loading the entire open world each time you fell and wanted to retry a simple race event

im 100% into stuff that flows good now. was before, but it's becoming mandatory for my attention

Pretty much 9/10 and 8/10 affair. PC Gamer and PC World gave it the lowest at 75 - but the complaints and comments the reviewer made on reddit really demonstrate a poor review process. Basically, combat changes at harder difficulties by changing AI, tactics and spell usage of enemies only. Seems reviewers missed that, and amusingly in the PC gamer review, he switched to easy so he could get the review done in time but didn't discuss that. Hate reviewers these days. Better to wait several days and check the steam reviews of people who put enough time in and tried different things. I think that is sitting at 95% but I would wait longer for better review and bigger sample size.

I really like it, if that is any use, but I'm only 6hrs or so in.

I quite like the store being for all folks and languages as long as the store can filter them appropriately. Obviously if you only know one language and it isn't supported, that user shouldn't see it.

That's just the editions of the game, like every Paradox game these days. They usually remove the image after release along with the ton of trailers they upload in favour of a single one - they did that, but forgot about that image by the looks of it.

Just finished the first chapter of Tyranny, it's great so far.

Conquest mode is a neat idea, the characters are alright altho not amazing, combat is fun and so far decision seem to be rather meaningful.

It's also really fun being the bad girl and ordering executions everywhere.

Yeah the first ones gameplay hasn't aged well, everything feels too sensitive regardless of settings, but the second and thirds gameplay still hold up, I will stand by ME3 generally being a really great third person shooter.
