What we know of his cabinet seems to suggest that things won't be that great for a lot of us. Priebus is as establishment as they come, Bannon's Breitbart is infamous for being anti-semitic, anti-lgbt, misogynist, and racist, and Linda McMahon is up for consideration just because she donated $6 million to Trump's campaign and has been his friend for a long time. Rudy Giuliani, Chris Christie, and Newt Gingrich are on the shortlist for his administration and they certainly aren't what I would consider to be outsiders. Joe Arpaio might end up in the administration and is one of the most controversial sheriffs in American history for some of his insane comments. David Bossie, the head of Citizens United, was Trump's deputy campaign manager, which doesn't bode well for people who want to get Super PACs and lobbying out of our political process.

So I'm highly skeptical of him potentially being "one of the greatest presidents," to say the least.

I fucking hate Donald Trump BUT a very very small hopeful part of me thinks there is a small chance he could be one of our better presidents.

The fact that he kept running can be completely attributed to his ego. The fact that he won the entire thing could tell you just how proud of himself he probably is.

The problem we are going to have is when he goes to far, and judging by some of the recent cabinet positions being filled he is not off to a good start, but shit, I hope deep down this is our best case scenario.

It won't make his racism magically disappear, it won't make him treat women any better, his hate and obnoxiousness will always be present,and at the end of the day he will always be a big piece of shit in my eyes, but this is the best case scenario he has.

A leader does not divide people, but brings them together. With Trump's views and the approach he's taken he has no chance to bring the country together.
