Yeah I'm looking at some of the pulls where the best unit is like Mr. 3 to stay strong
This sugopull....man. I don't know how to feel about it. Between 3 pulls(1 saved gems, two from buys that I'd been planning), I'm not quite sure if it was worth. I don't feel bad per se, just...confused. Let me get into what I mean. On the one hand, I got these new units and for the most part, I'm happy with them:

*Khalifa
*Doma
*Sugar
*Leo
*Inazuma
*Chaka
*Story Bon Clay
*Jewelry Bonney
*Kaya
*Nojiko

Considering this is a new account, the number of new characters isn't so surprising and most of the ones I got suit me just fine. Sure, I'd been hoping for Senor Pink and Koala to boost up Marco but that isn't really a big deal, especially not when Monet was the goal as a boost to my Marco team. What is surprising is the sheer amount of dupes I got relative to this being a new count, discounting the usual fare of story Straw Hats. One Kyros, one SW Zoro, 2 Domas, 1 Monet, 1 Bon Clay, 1 Mr. 3, 2 INTvankovs. And....I pulled Boa Hancock. Commence the mixed feelings. On the one hand, a Legend is a Legend. Boa's not a bad unit. Not at all. On the other...this account has Marco for a starting Legend. Quite literally a better Boa for a Captain.
I guess what I'm asking is, does Boa have a place in teams despite my having Marco? Or is she a case of crossing my fingers and hoping that she gets buffed? Also, what should I do with my dupe units? Treat them as fodder for the skillup gods come skillup event time, or do people hang on to them in anticipation of the Rayleigh shop being a thing?

Pulled a multi, unfortunately still no legends. Here are my new units:

Marco, Chopper, Urouge, Nami and Ivankov are your standout units there. They're all really good. Marco especially is absolutely critical to some team compositions
Vivi can be used in zombie teams(basically a team that is almost impossible to kill) if you evolve her and really power her up and X Drake is -okay-

So, overall I did better than I thought, huh? For now from the new units I'll focus on evolving Marco and Vivi and at the same time I'll try to max out Nami. She alongside a few other INT units that I got from last sugo (Vergo, Blueno, Moira, etc) should make for a solid INT team.
I dunno that I'd dump too much into Vivi anymore, to be honest. She was my first really good unit and I zombied the first few raids but she just doesn't hang anymore. She's also one of those units that's an EXP black hole, it takes as much to max her as a legend.
The best unit you got is Ivankov. 2.5x class lead when evolved, and a special that is both healing and damage reduction. Farmable sockets, excellent stats and typing.

Thats just crazy haha. Please tell me Lucci is still relevant ? That might be the kick i needed to get back into the game. Any good recommendation for Lucci subs ? Im totally out of the games Meta so i would appreciate some help...which Gacha or farmable units are used with him ? Thanks in advance.

If you have 3D2Y Sanji Lucci might be not your best powerhouse captain...
But he's a great sub (his special is awesome) and with the rocketman ship and autoheal level 5 a great captain.
As for a team for him: 3D2Y Sanji, Jabra, Marco and Nightmare Luffy is a nice rainbow powerhouse team.

I used her as a friend captain to great effect for my CYO TT runs today. I blazed through them with: Barracat (Friend Captain), Story Jabra (Captain), Fullbody (5 CD), Dog Penguin (9 CD), IntHawk and Rayleigh w/ Bezan Black. The legends are there strictly because each of them have +5 CD sockets, eventually I'll get sockets on FB and Dogpen too.

You can basically toss her onto any burst team with success, so while she's often not a staple in teams that has a full crew of utility subs, she's just really versatile. I find myself using her pretty often.
Monet was one of the strongest units in the last fortnight because her ATK was boosted twice. She's also great in Log Luffy teams and any fight that the boss can be delayed.

I dont have 32DY Sanji, right now im just happy to finally own a Legend...finally broke the curse heh. So i checked my box and from the units you mentioned i have Marco (regular Non Legend) and Jabra - So ill look into farming Nightmare Luffy down the line and work on that Rainbow team.

lol....you laugh but man you dont know how often i thought of just rerolling a new account and start with 2-3 Legend like everyone else nowadays. To stick to this one took a lot of effort.
When i came back a couple weeks ago i liked what i saw but without a Legend, it was tough to figure out what units to work on. So yeah that pull was exactly what i needed to focus on smaller goals now. Happy as fuck lol.
btw. I went through my box and this seems the best team i can come up with - obv. none of them are skilled ( well Marco is). So my goal is now to skill them up for the next couple weeks and try to farm Nightmare Luffy and Kuma whenever they show up again.
Would this team max skilled be good enough to take on current challenges ? And which ship is the best one currently available for Powerhouse teams.

Quick question: Do lower tier colosseum come back as well, or only the chaos-tier ones? Still need to clear out current underground, but don't even know if I'm good enough for that, since it's a clear step up in difficulty even there.

Congrats on everyone who got legends. I don't think I'll be pulling this time, maybe when the next batch comes out or if there's a gold-only Sugo.

Looks like Gild Tesoro 60 stamina is going to be really tough for global. I'm not even sure there's a F2P option. Slashers need a max cd INTHawk, shooters need Boa or Kizaru, every other F2P team uses Sabo either as a lead or a sub as well as Pica and sometimes Nightmare Luffy.
There seems to be three options:
Rayleigh x2 with T. Nami, Aokiji, and some combination of GP Usopp, Mr. 3, Ain, and Whitey Bay depending on your sockets.
Jimbei x2 with a bunch of RR subs, might need NM Luffy but I'm not sure.
Fujitora x2 with Trebol and a combination of other hard hitting INT driven units like Daigama, story Moria, and Whitey Bay. Pica is usually used for orb manipulation but I think there are some teams to get around that.
There seems to be three options:

40 Stamina Gild Tesoro should be easy enough. 60 Stamina looks like a nightmare, not sure if I'd even manage with a gem or 2. But seeing as his evolved form only adds a good chunk of stats and his sockets/special remain the same, I can wait a few months to get that rainbow crab.
Not sure if I'll even wait for 2x skill-up on him due to box space issues, since getting 5 full sockets will probably be longer than getting 11 special levels anyway.

His captain ability becomes awesome to farm money when Evolved too

Edit: Oh I guess you're talking about F2P teams... Somehow I always forget that shooters are also a nice F2p team... damn SW Ace team with all these RRs.
Do you know if we're able to nullify Carinas orb and ATK boost by using a 2 turn booster before entering the stage? I feel like that might open up options.
Base 3DY Luffy to fill in that spot, and an evolved Suleiman to save me leveling up the 4* one. Usoppfest/socketfest aside from that.
Sugar is good for her special, it will beat anyone under 20% health, including raid bosses.
Kumadori is a good orb manipulator, and Fukuro can be in specific cases too.
Senor Pink is a good booster.
SWS Zoro can be used on zombie teams, and Miss Wednesday can evolve into Princess Vivi, who is also good for zombie teams.

I did a ton of last minute Freiza 20 farming last night w/ 2x Bacc to get some lobsters. Worked out pretty well.
We are likely not going to get Log Ace (both are 2.5x ATK), so Iva will be the defacto Non-Legend Free Spirit Captain for a while. Also useful for the Chaos Nami fight to get rid of Poison.
Future FS captains:
- Raid Boa will be the FS equalivent of Garp (2x HP/2x ATK).
- Raid Sabo will be a Jr. version of Log Luffy (FS, 3.5x after Good/Great/Perfect).
- Swimsuit Boa will be another 2.5x FS captain.
- Coliseum Kinemon will be a 2.5x FS captain that also heals ~600 HP per turn. (He also has a fantastic Special that goes to 5 CD and reduces Slasher / FS CD by 1 and grants adjacent units matching orbs if HP is > 70%).
