It's no huge leap, which I guess was to be expected, but it does look better and it does look smoother... granted that's from really poor quality off-camera footage but that was my impression.
Who cares if it's a huge leap or not, the Switch just looks incredible to me. If they had reduced the bezel by just a small amount and the whole package would be 11/10.

It's a "cross-gen" game, so I was never expecting huge visual improvements (especially since the Wii U version looks damn good for a Wii U game as is), but the framerate difference is immediately noticeable and also it's on a portable.
Nintendo is doing a fantastic job selling this thing. Total 180 from the awful Wii U marketing.

But that dude knows his Zelda. It was hilarious watching him babble Miyamoto's inspiration for Zelda.
For the Switch itself: it took about a half second for the game to show up on the screen after undocking it. Looks like it had a prompt display which I'm assuming was a "hey you're portable now!" kinda thing.
