Nobody ruins my family vacation but me...and maybe the boy!
Can't blame Hart if Canada loses this. Terrible decisions so far on these shots.

Edit fuck- didn't even shoot.

Hart did amazing in the OT and shootout. I can't blame him for this game at all.

What a shitty way to win/lose for either team, they need to do away with this shitty shootout rule for the championship game.

I refuse to watch another IIHF sanctioned game until they get rid of the shootout. Complete nonsense no matter which team won

Canada is 34-9-3 against the US in the U20 history.

Right, which is why I said "in the big game" where Canada are 1-3 against US.

Oh well. Canada wasn't expected to win this year anyway. Still some very entertaining playoff games.

I mean, Canadian hockey fans expect them to win every year, but Sweden was the favorite this year, and didn't even get a medal. Shit happens. USA were feisty as hell, and credit to them for coming back from 2 goals twice.

So if the game didn't end in a shootout and Canada scored in OT, there'd be a 2-2 record?

Not sure what you mean?

All time in gold medal games, USA vs Canada, USA now holds a 3-1 advantage.

Maybe you misunderstood my first post. In the big game (meaning gold medal game) USA has Canada's number.

I think he's saying it's a small sample size and this one could have easily gone either way.
