gave away the keys to the kingdom.
Any info about region lock on RE7 steam keys?

If you're asking about CD Keys' keys, it won't be possible to determine which sub they're tied to until they've been distributed. There's a runtime-restricted sub intended for the usual cheaper regions to be wary of but also a mostly-rest-of-world sub that's merely activation-restricted.

The Marvel Heroes community seems to be pretty unhappy with the new update that came out a couple of days ago. It was supposed to be the biggest update to the game ever but apparently they've made the game more grindy and made a lot of gear obsolete. The Steam store page is plastered with negative recent reviews.

I mean, usually keys are also marked if they have specific region lock, for example XCOM2 keys from HB monthly are marked as RU/CIS for me, even since i bought bundle for same price as ROW users.

Thank god most keys i'm getting from bundles and stores are usually ROW and i can gift them without fearing that winner will not be able to activate it. But in case of AAA releases it's a gamble even when i'm buying games with ROW prices from official keys sellers like Humble and Gamersgate.

Right, but there's no way to know which package the keys are tied to until one has been activated and that someone can check their account history. Even if SteamDB were privy to the names of the game's retail-specific packages, the question would remain unanswered as CD Keys appears to use the EU flag to refer to Europe as a whole and a few of the countries covered by the runtime-restricted package are a part of Europe.

Wow, I hacked into a Martin Shkreli parody's phone, used a soundboard to imitate a wu-tang clan parody, got him to transfer $20 million to a leukaemia charity all while watching his misery unfold by hacking into his home's cameras.
Watch Dogs 2 is actually alright.

There are only a handful of publishers who are petty enough to region lock keys that are being sold at 'full' dollar price in digital stores. 2K does it consistently. Square Enix and I think Deep Silver do it on a case by case basis, but still relatively rarely. Activision does it only for Call of Duty afaik.

Capcom and Codemasters HB bundles were region locked too, even Dragon's Dogma from one of the previous HB monthly bundles, so that's why i was asking about RE7 since this is a Capcom game, but still can't find any info about region lock for this one.

I really need to play Watch_Dogs 2. I'll buy it for Xbox One more likely.

It has been done:

I liked the demo quite a bit, so i have high hopes that the full game won't disappoint. I'm also pretty much new to the Tales franchise, so all those complaints people have that these games have become stale or whatnot are irrelevant to me :)

Guys, Evoland 2 is really good.
It's this kind of game where everything just feels 'right' and you get this warm and fuzzy feeling when playing.
It even has a card game with collectable cards.
1$ is a ridiculous price and you even get 2 other games.

Just ordered it. Do the receipt email and the key email come separately, since I got a receipt with no visible keys? Or do I somehow have to use the transaction ID to get the keys? Or what's going on? (I haven't used humble in ages, so I kinda forget how this works.)

Edit: Never mind, there it went. Thanks for the heads up. I was wondering why everyone was discussing Evoland 2 suddenly.

There wasn't a single character in that game I could stand, and the mechanics are completely broken.

Well, it's a game about teenagers, so I'd say they nailed the characters.
(Here's where Trails in the Sky fails, IMO, Estelle and Joshua aren't insufferable enough in spite of their age)
Mechanics were broken, yeah, but that's true for all Final Fantasy games. At least they were broken in 'interesting' ways.

And by "Visual Novels" you mean books, right? :p

I just know that going through FC and SC single-handedly destroyed my keyboard's Enter key.

I'll probably get ejected from SteamGAF but I haven't played a FF game since FF8 on my PS1. I really loved FF2-3 on SNES but couldn't get into any others after that.
Dude come on hat is not a big deal, geez.
Ive never played a single legend of zelda game yet
Plan to play them someday but until then ill just clear my backlog until i am in The mood to play them

OMG, I never played Zelda too. So, it's just us two?

No love for Blue Dragon or Lost Odyssey?

I'm fairly unhappy with it myself. We'll see how things shake out in the coming weeks/months.

What's the verdict on Else Heart.Break() in that humble bundle end of year thing? I haven't heard of it before, adventure games can be a mixed bag these days, but it looks odd & interesting..

I thought it had some pretty interesting ideas and concepts, like the clockwork nature of the world and the hacking, but I found the timer to be pretty stressful and it actually put me off playing the game.

Best FF game is FF12, it is known.
Also someone was shitting on FF13-2, shame. It's way better than 13. Likeable characters go a long way as far as I'm concerned.
The story is nonsense, but that's just like FF tradition at this point.

Now that you mention it, Triple Triad is probably the best thing about FF8.
It's the only good thing about it.
Finished up Pony Island but I didn't get what the fuss was about. I thought it was alright, sort of cute, but not very fun at all.
Yup.
you lie, those cacti guys arent in FFXIII :(
Then I can pretend this never happened.
