Eh, honestly this thread about doods playing video games is kind of depressing like every other three pages, but I prefer it to the constant positivity and memes over at the subreddit. But that's because I'm secretly and asshole and watching people have fun makes me go "grrrrr, stop having fun!"

Amusingly, I actually was one of those saying "all is fine, you're seeing things" back before Matt's vacation/Liam's departure.

I just find it weird because they're putting out two videos a day and currently running 3 LPs, which seems like a lot of content to me
Plus it's not like people are jumping down on posters whenever they come in here and say they I love an LP. I don't interact much with the Reddit or Twitter communities because they are so deep up these guys asses that I kind of hold them accountable for the dip in quality.

I believe Matt said it was really just an idea they had. They never knew or said anything about if/when it would happen.
He did say when he came back there would be adjustments to how they do things, but so far we've yet to see what that is unless he was referring to Billy jumping in as an editor for them.
I mean there has been a big increase in one offs and i think that was the big change they were going for. Which I've been enjoying the one offs quite a bit actually. Also the occasional two off like issac and frog fractions
I took the sudden deluge of one-offs to be due to Liam's departure combining with Matt's vacation to cause a bigger vacuum than they expected and they needed filler, to be honest. And the winter steam sale happening at the time too.
I do think they'll keep doing more one-offs (wouldn't mind some mystery box stuff again when Matt returns. Again.) but I think the sheer amount we got was more for filling slots.
I dunno, i vividly remember someone saying an increase in one offs was the big change, and even with 3 lps, they've been keeping pretty true to that this first week in. I guess we'll see this next week though.

Woolie's playstyle in DS is annoying the shit out of me, you go this poise build, go with the spear and shield and you spend every fight running away and poking the enemy once every minute with your tooth pick, surely this was not the purpose of this build. He was fighting that Titanite demon like an absolute pussy, not even trying to hit after he dodged a hit and was in point blank range. Hope he gets an actual decent weapon and doesn't keep doubting himself.

He had the conversation with Pat in the last episode (9:10ish in the video), and kind of ignored Pat. I think people have been bitching at him enough that it's starting to bother him about it.
But he did pick up a cool sword today, maybe he'll end up switching to it.
They hired "Billy" the guy notorious for over leveling his characters in the starting areas to help edit their videos and lighten their work load and so far, he's doing a fantastic job. The PE2 LP specifically.

Maybe they'll bring in some guests once in a while as well, such as people that they've worked with before like Plague of Gripes, German Spy and Maximilian Dood. The travel distance might make such guest appearances challenging to do in person though.

Im assuming hes assuming it's a healing item and is going to wait till a hit. Which makes sense cause thats what i assume.
I think it does kind of work like one, though I'm not 100% on it. Like, it'll boost your health overall and heal you.
