Zamasu is PC because he believes the world should be cleansed of filthy console peasants.
And that he's immortal.

I don't remember DBZ enough from my teen days to be able to really critique this, but I just wanted to say you get 10 points for making me laugh with that smug as fuck picture of decapitated Android 16 as the Wii U.

I look at the current generation as follows.

PS4 Pro: Future Trunks (goes beast mode when needed)
Xbox Scorpio: Golden Frieza - all the power but no stamina (lack of diversity in the lineup)
Switch: Piccolo.(ends up babysitting the kids)

But that's just me.

Maybe it's more to say that SO5 story is pretty bad reference.

And maybe that's why I choosed Derpy Mc derpy face as avatar :p

Let's be fair, DB is all over the place there's no real tension in fights when the position on powerlevel ladder are made clear.
It was getting boring by the end of Cell's Saga, it's shit afterwards.
Super tries to improve on that but it's a rather simplistic system in the end that isn't that interesting to follow.

My bad, I just don't get the appeal of the switch.

And I wanted to troll, I would have said Yamcha. At least Piccolo does something.

He's irrelevant by the midpoint of the Cell Saga to never recover.
He's on the useless train with Krillin and the others.

Hey, both Piccolo and Krillin might get a chance to shine a bit in the upcoming arc

Ok. It just seemed going a little far since the system is not even yet released.
I like the Wii U still I laughed at the cyborg joke because I know it sold so bad, but I think the Switch might have a far greater library and a better life, so I think it's a little soon especially to categorize it as "baby sitting system". I'm a gamer and think (hope) I'll go only with the Switch for a while (replacing Wii U and Vita).
It feels more like Japanese oriented while PS4 is going more western and Xbox, full western (at least I see it this way).

Fair enough.
I think the appeal in DB is mostly around the characters and the overall feel more than really thiking "story", which is clearly really simple. I don't take the story seriously, maybe that helps. I personaly stopped caring after the main book series (buu~) a long while ago. But I can understand the love for these old characters.

So... If we think about it, the Switch is supposed to be Gohan since it gets stronger from the cyborg's death, no ?

I guess it's too soon to really say. But it would be cool.

Gohan Switch to Great Sayaman ! Argh...

Gap between early SSJ's/androids vs. SSJ1 Gohan at Cell games is not 1-2 whole generations. This is so wrong.

Dead wrong

Perfect Cell ≥ FPSSJ1 Gohan > FPSSJ1 Goku > USSJ Vegeta > Semi-Perfect Cell > 16 > Imperfect Cell after absorbing hundreds of people > Kamicollo = 17 > 18 >=< Imperfect Cell > SSJ1 Vegeta.

I'd say that constitutes at least a generation of power.

Whew, haven't done that in years. Feels good.

PS4 Pro is Super Perfect Cell. Clearly more powerful than FPSSJ1 Gohan, but not as strong as SSJ2

Not holding my breath.

Fair enough.

The issue is that the characters were less interesting the more the story went on.
Unlike most more recent stories once a character is in the useless train he's never coming back for example.
In hindsight it's like the end of Bleach (thankfully not as bad) where the whole thing is just freewheeling for the sake of fanservice without anything left to really say about anything.
It was good once but there's no real reason to come back to it.
