You know whats funny? Though-out my play through with UC4 I frequently said "I miss Chloe" lol, was so disappointed with Drake's line dismissing another adventure with her. The chemistry between them is sometimes more believable than him and Elena.

I also thought they could have done more with the themes and stuff and went a little darker and more realistic, but that's what TLOU is for I guess.

Yeah I feel ya. I remember seeing that E3 Jeep chase and thinking holy shit if this is what they are showing here the game must feature some insane stuff, unfortunately that ended up being the biggest set piece in the whole game.

I realize this title doesn't have near the budget UC4 does but I really hope they pump up the action and set pieces up a bit.

I'm betting $40 but who knows. It seems this thing just keeps getting bigger and bigger than what they originally planned on. I mean being on the GI cover is no joke so it must be a fairly ambitious project

Yes, but they've since taken that down. You can now buy it standalone, but you get the game if you bought the season pass.

It's standalone, but you will of course lack character background knowledge from not having played the previous games where they featured.

Some tidbits from the panel so far:

- takes place after U4
-Game is set in India (different locations)
-no supernatural elements, story is grounded like U4
-they are calling it a story expansion not DLC, it's longer than left behind but shorter than U4
-expanding the concept of wide linear, game will have parts that are more open than U4
- says Chloe is the best driver in the business (hint: game will have driving mechanics)
- says her fighting style and move set will be different from drakes
- story will explore who Chloe is and focus on the unlikely pairing of Nadine and Chloe
