I'm going to go out on a limb... and say the highlighted part on the Batlogo and Aquaman posters are going to be super shiny on the posters and is only a poster thing.

Thats my guess also as i said before. The Aquaman logo stands also out abit more.
Will see with Cyborg.

What about those of us that love them both?

When have they ever changed a logo like that for other markets? Seems odd, especially for something like Justice League. Is the cartoon not called Justice League in Mexico?

In English, it's Justice League - JL
In Spanish, it's Liga de la Justicia - LJ

Remember how everyone lost their minds from the trailers and gifs of BvS?

All the cool looking slow-mo gifs in the world are not going to raise my expectations for this film.

you'd swear the bvs cinematography was some unbelievably new thing in film the way some of y'all go on about it. it was fine, but there were glaring problems.

disclaimer: this post has nothing to do with Chris Nolan films or the MCU, so don't.

Wait, people seriously trying to say the cinematography in Nolan's Batman films was lacking somehow? That's some next level revisionist history right there. Pfister was nominated for numerous awards for his work on the trilogy, including Oscars and ASC's.

It's like they've never seen a movie before.

Exactly. I'd love to be proven wrong but if even the teasers for the trailer look this generic and dull then I don't have high hopes.

After BvS I'm going to treat the DC movies like the Transformers films. I enjoy elements of the source material but I don't need to see the films - they aren't made for me.

It's funny seeing people cry over batmobile bullets as if it hasn't been done in damn near every batman adaption.

Looks great as expected. I need a lot of Snyder Batman before everything shits the bed and gets rebooted.

Some one here linked a YouTube video as joke that no one does caps like Snyder and note I think I agree with that guy.

Also that poster is hedious

Big part is, most of the time the cape is digital. Sometimes the physics are simulated to be realistic. Sometimes they're styled to flow in a specific way.

I know everyone always talks about the warehouse scene but I think this scene is almost as good.

It's one of the few times that Batman has actually felt scary in cinema form. Reeves is a better director and I'm glad he's directing The Batman, but I'd be lying if I said I also wouldn't be pretty interested in seeing a sole Batman film by Snyder.

That scene was good, until the end when we see Batman just hiding in the corner, and then he runs on the ceiling.

Maybe as some kind of elseworld offshoot movie. Snyder seems to misunderstand both Batman and Superman on a fundamental level. I get the feeling Snyder would be the type pf gaffer to unironically use the term "possible nuke area" as a legit solution to something.

I don't think he misunderstands him, it's that he just has a different take on him.

My shelf is filled with Batman graphic novels, and in each one of them Batman is a bit different, I don't think it's such a bad thing for Snyder to have his own take on him.

I did really like in that scene that he showed the almost mythical version of Batman, the one people talk about but aren't sure if he's real, the one that when he beats up criminals they aren't sure if that was even a human. You never really got that take on him in the Noland films since it wouldn't fit but it does with Snyder's version.

It'd be pretty shitty if Reeves abandoned Snyder's version of Batman for his film.

Pretty sure that's a Batman thing not a Snyder thing.
I mean yeah if Batman checked in on Facebook, "on a gargoyle" would probably be like 70% of his posts. But a friggin' death himself gargoyle just screams of a Snyder decision.

Scene is better when you realize Batman stopping the human traffickers and saving the women wasn't really his goal there. Just a byproduct. It's no wonder they're also scared of him.

Eh I think The Dark Knight is still the best looking comic book movie from a cinematography perspective

Begins and Rises look great too. Pfister did good work on them all.

But I'm not gonna shit on how BvS looked. Fong put in work. It's gotta be up there on the list with watchmen and superman returns.

Also one thing that only a fool would argue against is that Snyder certainly made batmans movements in combat so much better. That warehouse scene was like what Nolan wanted to do but couldn't due to the clunky suit and choreography. I wonder what made Batfleck so much more agile? Like just look at the scene when he's pinned to the ground and stabbed and gets up kneeing the guy in the face and punching the other dude. Shit was beautiful and seamless. Like a lot of good martial arts choreography

Anyways this clip was whatever aside from the gargoyle shot. Which wasnt that great either due to the shitty perspective. Oh well. Hyped for this trailer

Nolan knows how to make dialogue heavy scenes visually engaging and suspenseful. Watching the Dark Knight, the film never loses my attention just from the shot composition alone.
