I do a bulk and cut cycle on repeat. I actually don't look bad at all. It is more of a first time.e being able to see it in a pic thing. I have no gut at all. Lol. Just my normalized view of myself came into contact with reality

5'8 170 is good, so long as you got your aesthetic the way you want bf% wise. I'm 6'2 200 usually the weight I like to stay at, always helped me keep good speed with combat sports.

Bct fit. Good good. I'm 170 now, but only 5'8". I saw a pic of me and I was feeling fat. Idk. Lol. I gotta get used to it. I've been eating clean and all. I've just gotta adjust to this size again. I usually Saturday around 150

Thanks, my goal is about 240. Considering i'm almost 6'3" that should be a good enough weight considering how much muscle i'll put on from boxing. Lowest i've been was 260 and that was when I was doing insanity lol.

One of these days I'll make a thread in off-topic about the screwey shit you use to be able to do on youtube. I'm talking like 06 youtube. Those were fun times and I got a 30mil view youtube video because of it (which got jacked by a company and put on their own game page because it was so popular).
