Now what's the next step in your master plan?
The second point. He has no super powers. Any regular human with his resources could become what he is. Not a superhero.

That doesn't really matter and hasn't for a long time. Also Batman is basically super human at this point anyway despite having no actual special powers.

But his successor, Deku the next All Might, is slowly becoming the #1

Red Riot is also the best!

I have lots of favorites, but my my top choice would be Tim Drake (my avatar - and yes, I know that the TAS version is heavily based on Jason Todd, but it's Tim in the show, and I love him in the comics, as well, even though he doesn't get quite as much action as he used to when he was leading the Teen Titans and had that great solo run).

But fuck it, today I wanna talk about Jesse Custer.

As a boy, he had a hard life. But he received crucial advice from his father:

And despite some issues here and there, he stuck by that promise.

Most importantly, though, he knew when to close the door and walk away.

Green Lantern man. Always love the concept and various characters when I was growing-up & reading comics. It's a shame that the first live-action film missed the mark so much.

Batman and Squirrel Girl pretty much. Batman in particular was my childhood comic hero, and I still love his stories whether new or old to this day, while Squirrel Girl is one that I have grown to love in recent years thanks to the wonderful Unbeatable Squirrel Girl series, that made her into one hell of a compelling and fun hero.

I want to give a honorable mention to Spider-Man also, who I haven't kept up as much as Batman over the years, but I am still fond of, one of the reasons being my entry into the Marvel universe.

The G.O.A.T

Was originally Wolverine but X23 slowly became my 2nd favorite comic book character from just having consistently good books.

Originally wrote her off as boring but the 2009 animated film pretty much made me a fan(DCAU needs more non Bat related films). Then I read Azzarellos run and she became my favorite DC hero. Though I still have no hype for the film.

Quantum and Woody: I fell in love with these two after reading James Asmus run. I haven't read the Priest run but Im down for it now

It's definitely this guy.
350

Always has been, way back when I was a kid. Used to read my grandpa's old comics from the 40s and 50s so Captain America and the Invaders was where it was at.

Batman, Superman, and Spidey have always been the top three. Hard to see past them from exposure.

When you get below the super popular, there's Green Lantern (mainly Kyle), Nightcrawler (most X-Men but Nightcrawler is the best), Flash (mainly Wally), Wonder Woman, Black Panther, Wolverine, Daredevil, and quite a few others.

Definitely do it.

Priest's best. One of the only books I've ever actually laughed out loud while reading.

Parallax

best seen in the classic "Shadow of the Beast"
the man who would befriend every character in this thread
