I'm just curious as to whether Frankie meant they'll have something halo related for the main show or just e3 in general. If it's the main show I think we can expect the unexpected.

It's a crowd-sourced "ok" game, something from the big three and actually being a "good/great" game would help anything released. I think those that loved Banjo/Rare would flock to a new BK game. It HAS to be done right though.

With the briefing now being 2 hours long, I'd expect it to show up there. Maybe the next DLC leader gets announced on the show floor but the conference should have the story DLC.

The game, should it be real and announced at E3, would likely of been in production before the reception of Yooka Layle and besides, why not look to do better job than that game anyway?
If they were going to do a Banjo sequel they've would've started it back after the Kickstarter was so successful not when Yooka dropped so it'd have been too late to back out then. I don't expect a sequel either but I doubt they waited to see how it reviewed before, hypothetically, deciding to start the project.

That's the point, they never started anything. But waiting to see how Yooka Layle would fare could change their minds for the future. And then Yooka Layle releases and everyone bashes it for being "too oldschool", "collect-a-thons don't work anymore" "annoying voices" and etcetera. It was a pipe dream before, now its just a ressounding "not happening".

Eurogamer/DF got a scoop a while ago, confirmed another headset company is making a wireless headset as well; due out in the fall. I didn't see much mention of it on this forum or maybe just missed it, but I couldn't have made a thread either way because forever a junior.
