PlayStation E3 Experience 2017: Live in Theaters June 12

Just a reminder, I still have 2 extra tickets for the showing in Midlothian, VA. I will double check with my friends soon to see if they can come, but if not, I will post again and anyone willing to go to the Midlothian showing is free to shoot me a PM.

Just double-checking to see if there hasn't been any invalidation of tickets, for those who got lucky and nabbed one on the first day.

I've got mine printed out, so I'm good to go right?

Anyone else going? May or may not have an extra seat or two (depending if one of my friends can or can't go, and if she wants a mutual friend to accompany us).

Pre-show starts the hour before the actual conference. I would base arriving on the pre-show time. Get there 30mins to an hour before the pre-show.

Will PM you the NYC-GAF Discord channel link. I want to gather up the few remaining NYC peeps/Union Square peeps who confirmed that they were going so we can set up a meet up beforehand a place nearby and mingle. I'm thinking Whole Foods would be a solid choice.

You're the only other person that I have noticed as going to sunrise, but I haven't checked the document in a while. I plan on getting there around 6:30-7 to get food

Yeah, I haven't fully decided if I'm going yet. Might just watch from home if I can't convince a friend to ride to Sunrise with me.

On the document, a few peeps are going to Sunset Place, but that ship has sailed.

Hey, I have 2 extra tickets for the Midlothian, VA showing. I asked my friends, and it turned out that none of them can make it so I'll be giving them out to the first two people that quote this post. I'll PM you the details.

so the same as previous years. should have just clarified this when it was originally posted lol

oh well...got fucked cuz of their shitty system and couldn't get a ticket in Los Angeles this year.

Hey sorry to bump the thread but if there's anyone from Utah who wants to go to the Salt Lake City theater event, I have a guest pass. I was gonna take someone but he bailed out.

So if I have a ticket can I just show up 30 mins early and be guaranteed my seat? Or is that a lie and should I show up much earlier?

The messaging is super confusing because it says checkin will begin 30 minutes prior to showtime, yet the showtime on the tickets is actually 1 hour prior to the start of Sony's conference.

What time is the actual checkin?

Lines typically form 3-4 hours before the event. Here in NYC, I've seen cases where people will show up at 10am-11am just to be first in line with lawn chairs and snacks set up. I think that's pointless but more power to them. It completely varies from venue to venue because some places won't allow people to queue up until a certain time and ask people to disperse until then.

Check-in means exactly that: they start loading people in 30 minutes before Sony's conference.

I would like to note that my email/ticket says that it starts at 8PM EST, 5PM PST. They are counting the pre-show as part of it and calling it a 3 hour event it appears. Pretty cool to extend it another hour.

It also says seats are not guaranteed unless you show up 15 minutes before hand. So everyone make sure you get there 4:30PM PST/ 7:30PM EST.
