Pretty much 98% of the playable characters from Kantai Collection could be in this thread, but this POS takes the cake. The real kicker is how she's effectively the series main character, or at least one of the most prominent ones. It's a bunch of awful fetishy design choices rolled into one single terrible look.
Ironically, the designs for the enemies in the game are vastly superior, having actually interesting and unique designs rather than looking like anime moe blobs.
Almost as bad asQuiet looks fucking awesome. Kind of a lame character though.

Mortal Kombat 9 Sonya. THIS IS AN OFFICIAL SPECIAL FORCES UNIFORM.
It's mostly reserved for the Nohrians though. Birthright has some really nice female character designs.
Fire Emblem Awakening started the trend, but it got worse in Fates. The female armors are awful.

I would say she's very attractive, but I agree with that rest. Just boring. Hard to separate the generic from her design though, which is mostly just kinda there. Precludes her from "worst" imo.

I think there is a double standard going on when posters pick Quiet from Mgs5 as an example of bad character design. If anything, I would argue her design makes the most logical sense. Why isn't there more outrage when Raven from mgs1 was shirtless in a snow environment? That makes as much sense as wearing layers in a desert environment.
