Story mode is probably going to be fine but I really miss the old CGI stuff from Namco and Team Ninja: bring on the pre-rendered nonsensical vignettes!

They said they would demo Sigma and Black Panther on Sept 23rd so I wonder if they are going to release the trailer first or not? (like Sony Event on 19th?)
I'm pretty sure they confirmed BP and Sigma will be playable at TGS.

2 hour story mode didn't allow them to add that effect?

all these combo video and high level match by pros etc, anyone see Easyallies tournament?
watching normal casual people playing this game is actually really cool, I've been thinking to at least wait for sales and review first, but watching easy allies play the game without super long combos, use auto combos, a little variation etc really make me want to get it day one again. it helps that easy allies member while it's their first time playing it, learn pretty quickly. by the end of tournament, the final match got really intense. they even has cool moment like when all 4 people come out even if some of it is accidental, but it's cool to see that it can happen in casual play.

I'm pretty convinced it's an intentional design decision. We should really raise hell about this so it gets changed in an Infinite future patch and SFV season 3.

Yeah I watched some of it. It was definitely fun. Really suprised with the amount of hype moments that came out of that gameplay.
Like I've been saying for a while, I legit think this game will be better for casuals. And better for hardcore. But they just won't mix, at all.
There has hardly been a character that can't do 6K with 1 meter so far. Damage seems pretty normalized but that's kinda bad when pixies like Chun Li are doing same damage as Hulk...

Not interested in 99% of the cast aside from Jedah. Gemorah looks cool but I assume everyone is going to hop in on her as she looks sick AF.
I hope Black Panther isn't a long wait...
