Marlinpie doesn't seem to like to use meter in neutral currently, he keeps his bars topped off a lot.
Saving it almost exclusively for combo breakers which has served him well.
Meanwhile Dual Kevin just wasting meter on hail mary Gimlets with no combo breakers of his own.

A lot of the time he lost health when he was getting spaced out whether it was Hawkeye or Dante's longer normals, positions where it was kind of too early to combo break. Even then it only costs 2 bars, not the whole thing to use, so he had a lot to play with to get in. Plus, it sort of goes without saying, if you had to use the combo breaker you messed up somewhere to get hit, and he got hit mostly trying to get in. He still won but you can see that Kevin can drag out a lot of matches longer when Marlinpie was sitting on a lot of meter, even though Kevin was basically on his last legs.

There was a set of exhibition matches.
So apparently whichever characters and stage you have on your fighter card are what shows up on the main menu. Kinda cool.

An MvC3 tourney had an Infinite exhibition after it. The two matches are here and here. The best gameplay is about halfway through the first one that I linked IMO. The first half isn't as good and the second match one of the players is still playing it like it's Marvel 3 so it's not the best example of gameplay.
Wait where did this Eastern Europe thing come from?
I thought it was just EU... are you saying they are even more restrictive?

A combination of Firebrand, Jedah and Dormammu.
Interested in a lot more than that though, so def gonna depend on who I end up liking. Firebrand is the only one I plan on actually maining.

Zilch. The best we're getting is actual gameplay of Sigma and Black Panther.
I mean, they could show the next DLC after that, at the end of the trailer like Sigma and BP were shown, which would be a new character...

Currently, the characters I have my eyes on are Haggar, Thor, Spencer, Frank West, Captain Marvel, Gamora and Doctor Strange.
For sure teams I have in mind are Thor/Spencer and Haggar/Frank West, but I'll be mixing and matching a lot.
Mix of Nemesis / Dormammu / Dante / Jedah

Looks like my GameXplain and Twitter content has eventually been making it into the thread anyway courtesy of Neoxon, but I'll get out in front of things this time and post this screenshot I just took right in the thread. On the left is X's color 4 and Zero's color 3, and on the right we have Command Mission X's color 4 and Zero's color 4!
Sorry if these have already been posted, but I haven't seen 'em around and I know people were asking for X's 4th colors a few pages back.
This was already posted in the thread earlier, but if you want to see X and Command Mission X's colors 2 and 3, you can see 'em in this video.
By the way, as a totally casual, scrubby player who's mostly just hyped about X (not to mention X and Zero in the same roster together and Sigma later on), I'm finding this game to be quite fun. The game makes it easy for scrubs to do cool-looking stuff while the execution gap is still there for pros or even just people who want to dig a little deeper. Can't say much more since I'm still under embargo, but hey, I'm having fun for whatever that's worth from one of the scrubbiest scrubs out there.
And yes, I have played characters other than X and Zero. I'm quite enjoying Dante, Frank West, Gamora, and Spider-Man too!

Yeah, sorry about that.
I do like how X's alt colors ended up being based on Maverick weapons he actually has in this game (in this case Rising Fire, Boomerang Cutter, and Sonic Slicer respectively). Shame we couldn't get Frost Shield's color scheme in there too, though - I always liked that one!
Zero's color 4 being based on Nightmare Zero is neat. There's pretty much nothing worth salvaging from Mega Man X6 other than its soundtrack, but that's actually a pretty cool reference for a Zero alt.

Alot of the colors look really lazy and uninspired IMO.
Eh, for COLORS? I think they look pretty good. Already more exciting than SFV's default colors, which initially were basically the same palettes shared over characters. It's taken us to 10+ to start getting solid references, tanned skin, changed hair colors, and easy texture trick stuff (like making stockings out of bare legs, or placing skintight skirts over once bare chest.)
Here we already have ones that change skin colors, make different color quadrants look as if they form different "pieces", and almost every color is a reference to something the character has been involved with. And the fact that earning colors once also unlocks them for alt outfits, is also very good. I DO wish we had more fancy texture / model trickery, but that'd be way beyond expectations for this team or artist.
It'll be nice to eventually, hopefully have more colors. And hopefully they're freebie updates. But I'm so glad the colors aren't just (Capcom Yellow and blue) (requisite white) (requisite black and red) (single reference color) all with default skin and accessory colors, like I'd have initially expected from their amount of effort.
Thanks for these, and the video! If you can, it'd also be good to see the Megaman colors in their LvL 1 Hyper Armor Super, and with his LvL 3 armor? They SHOULD be different than the default megaman's looks, so it should be worth it.

Like the perfect function of flying character with full screen supers.
It really just is the wrong thing said at the wrong time to a community getting worried about their favorite characters.
