When you think you're being clever by not engaging in the cluster fuck that is the first two minutes and go to a remote location and see like two other people floating beside you.

I think this might be the reason for the stupid first shot inaccuracy setting right now that they didn't want to fix in the first patch. If ARs are hitscan and the first shot was always 100% accurate then this game would be headshot city at super long ranges and the sniper rifles would be worthless.

IMO, this is a huge flaw in the game at the moment. Like game breaking when you think about the complications of balancing both hitscan and projectile weapons with such long range engagements.

Hitscan is fine for arena games but its a horrible broken system for long range engagements. Halo got away with it because the controllers were harder to aim with back then. Hitscan + mouse and keyboard = long range WTF death.

IMO, BR games have to use a projectile system similar to PUBG or Battlefield. Its the only way for weapons to feel right and require skill.

Maybe its the map size. We need much bigger maps for snipers and stuff

Yup and I landed on the roof of the building and they didn't see me. Hurry and dug a whole through the roof and got a chest. Then dug a hole in the roof and saw them engaging. Got a doable kill :)

For trouble shooting that comment could be valuable. Check with others to see if they get that rubberbanding, look to see if the servers are far from where you live, there should be a ping option to see what your latency is on the HUD (not sure, maybe I'm confusing it with Paragon). If all that seem fine, maybe check ports that you can forward for the game? Or just do the far easier thing like you mentioned.

Just change the setting from Solo to Squad. You can invite friends to fill in the squad or use the auto fill options.

Edit: Anyone come across players glitching behind the barrier? So someone running behind it and still lived.

Good lord this guy trapped me inside a house for two goddamn minutes. Before blasting me in the face with a shotgun as I camped in the top room with the gold chest that gave me JACK and SHIT in terms of weaponry and supplies.

Damn, 3rd place was my best now, I think 3 kills also. Good feeling.

Could have been second place if I wouldn't be sniping like a stupid monkey.

Just couldn't hit the guy and he was sitting 3 or 4 times still a few 100 meters in front of me. xD

Everyone on the server was lagging.

Is there another way to scroll through weapons on PS4 besides pushing the Triangle button and cycling through all of them?

Sometimes I just want to scroll back one rather than click 2-3 times.

Also is there a way to organize your weapons/items?

Managed to win after 5 or 6 tries! First ones were terrible, I had no idea what to do, but it's so simple it takes like 2 games to learn almost everything.

Pretty fun game, I'll have to try it with a friend.

What's the game framerate on console?
I was under the impression of it being 30fps. It seems like an unlocked 50-60 to me.

My last match ended sort of the same way.

Had a pump action shotgun with 20 rounds, a smg with 25 rounds, a rifle with about 20 and a auto shotgun with 50 f'ing shells. I was loaded up.

I was posted up in a house when a person came up right when the map shrunk. The only way out was to reveal myself and they camped outside by a window and blasted me as soon as I came down the stairs to advance.

Fun game though.

So I fly around into a town. I flew into nam I guess becuase there were a lot of people shooting me all the sudden...

Actually made it to top 3 by building my way to the top of the map lol. Think I could have at least made top 2 if if the circle hadn't outpaced my resources.

It feels big as hell when the map shrinks and you're on the outside trying to get back inside.

Overall though it's a good size map. You can go minutes without seeing another person and then you've suddenly got 5 people shooting at you.
