He's a mecha designer, so whenever he draws humans it does kind of look off.
Thankfully he doesn't draw thaaat many people.
The new Daily's look like they could end up being a challenge if you don't have an optimal team set up. I beat the expert one but that's mainly because I have both of the 5* Sabers. I wouldn't want to think of doing the Archer one since I'm currently weak on the Lancer front. By the way, was the Shadow Servant in the last round anyone in particular?
I thought the revised daily will drop guaranteed monument or something, how naive of me ;_;

New Dailies are Good Civilization.
Decided to yolo a ticket and pulled Vlad, then felt lucky, decided to do it again and pulled....a Pendant.
Probably should have known better.
Also, Vlad had a pull animation that I hadn't seen; his card appeared normal, then flashed with electricity and turned gold. Is that normal? The only other 5* I have is Gil and I can't remember if he did that or not as I was in the middle of rerolling hell.

Any gold card can do that. It's random.
You can see it coming because you'll be able to see the class of the card before it stops spinning.
Ah, cool. Now I'm wondering if I should keep Herc in the support slot or level up and switch to Vlad. They seem to do very different things, but then again most people don't seem to be using 'zerkers as their support choice, so I'm not sure it matters much.

I really want to get Vlad up to 90 and refill my archive, but I also really want to get all the SQ from Okeanos/Interludes before Halloween stuff since the Nobu/London dates are up in the air right now. Hope I have enough time.

I probably won't dip into my SQ reserves too much for Scathach or Tamamo, I'll probably use whatever tickets I have on-hand at the time + MAYBE a ten-pull, nothing beyond that. I want to do a ten-pull or two for Jack in December, and another when Mordred hits early next year. Then, it's saving EVERYTHING for Jeanne Alter. E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G.
Ahh, ok, now I understand. Every 4 or 5 I've pulled so far has always been gold from the start, so I was confused when this one did something different. How's Vlad treating you? I hear his growth curve makes him kinda mediocre until the end where he really takes off.
Getting Scathach is pretty important to me since I would very much like a Lancer I actually want to use. And Tamamo is my fave F/E character so I gotta give getting her an honest shot too.
Definitely means I won't be able to seriously afford going after Jack beyond whatever summon tickets I can dredge up considering Mordred (my #1 goal) comes right after, but don't mind too much. And there's always a chance I get lucky with the New Years gacha, lol.

A 100-day consecutive login streak bonus... would probably just make people upset.
The most-used berserker support would be level >70 Lancelot with Kaleidoscope, but the others should still do well if they're high-level.
I stuff my friend list with level >80 Vlads with Kaleidoscope so that I can Kazikli Bey any boss on demand.
Vlad is weird. Not the good or bad kind of weird, just genuinely different from the Hercs/Kintokis I summon. He's an Arts Berserker so he doesn't hit quite as hard as them, but still hits hard cause Berserker. His natural NP gain kinda sucks, but he's got Vampirism to help him offset that and mess with bosses, and when his Interlude comes out in the next chapter he will get an attack boost baked into his current Defense boost. Plus, he's got a bit more defense than most Berserkers even without his self buff (and guts) and he even generates a decent amount of stars (again, for a Berserker).
If I didn't have Waver as well his NP gain might be more of a problem, and I don't think he's that great for farming cause no AoE and few Busters. But I heard with Tamao Caster he will make for a disgusting NP generating machine with Waver, and as it stands he's extremely reliable. It takes something like the Okeanos final boss to realistically KO him, vs a stray hand focus in the dailies ruining Lancelot/TamCat.
Basically, I am not sad I got him instead of Gil during rate up (though I would not have been sad with Gil either...)
This is basically my plan, except I'm eyeing Scathach short term (big maybe there) and Jack or Gilamesh around New Year's (star generators for Iskandar) and then EVERYTHING after the January stuff goes to Iskandar banner, including the rest of the paid pull SQ.
I'm not quite sure how the New Year limited rates ups line up with the Gilgamesh banner tho. If I happen to get Jack from my paid pull I'll ignore Gilg's banner entirely.
The consecutive never rests. Also, we will get bunches of 20 SQ every...50? logins after this? I think.

What's coming up for Vlad is not the attack boost (that's still more than a year away) but his NP upgrade. Because right now he has buster multipliers on an arts NP, which means it deals way less damage than it should.
The key with Vlad is unlocking the higher damage ceiling potential of arts vs. buster, which is partly thanks to arts boost with Tamamo and partly due to arts NPs being self-sustaining when chained. I already use the arts boost mystic code on him to do NP-A-A chains - with the right setup you can NP two turns in a row.

It's true. Just the other day I forgot to login for the first time since launch and thought I'd screwed up a 100 consecutive day bonus. Glad I just misread a wiki. lol
Which level daily are you doing? I was planning on skipping Lancer day because I have a bunch of Lancer stuff as the desire sensor knows I have no need for it, but feathers are another matter. I'm swimming in servants that need those.

I did three 40 AP runs and got two feathers. The Saber and Archer dailies on Sunday and Monday will also drop feathers.

I think you're talking about quest. I can't remember where I read it, but there's a wiki (JP) somewhere that mentioned them tuning card values (I think swimwear Saber?), so I guess they do buff without relying on quest, but I can't find it again. (And that was the only account I saw one mentioning a non-quest buff).

I'm down to these guys:
Suzuka Gozen - I like her overall animation, problem is I have two 4* sabers (Nero and Eli-chan Brave) and I'd like to go with another class
Elizabeth - looks easy to use but having the Brave version makes me wanna consider. I'd probably default to her.
Nitocris - I like her based on the 2016 event but I found it a bit disappointing that it is not a guaranteed OHKO (even with her skill 1 buff) for that damned dragon in Halloween 2016 event. :|
There's also Medea Lily, which is more of my question. How good is she? Supposedly later enemies give out debuffs/ailments like pamphlets distributors, and her NP Charge -> Remove Debuff + Heal + Debuff Resist is supposedly really useful.
I also really really like to go with Lancer Medusa. It's like Rider, but 1000% cuter. And with a cool scythe.
I am suffering from Decision Making Paralysis™.
Edit: Also taking into account that I might never pull on a story gacha, so I'd probably have her (Lily) on NP1 unless they made her available in a gacha that I am interested in. :<

I ended up going with Medea Lily because of the reasons you said. The only other options for team debuff removal are Martha and Jeanne, and she's story locked on banners I usually have no interest in pulling on. This depends on how much you care about challenge quests though because she's basically useless outside of those. I think I let Nerofest affect my choice too much. Herc or Ibaraki would have probably been a better pick considering I don't even have a gold berserker on this account yet.
Lancer Medusa is pretty awful, down there with Fionn as the worst gold lancer. I was going to burn mine until I saw her in My Room. That line where she talks about how happy she is be with her sisters and starts crying was too much...
How are you guys so lucky with feathers... I refilled my bar and ran the 40ap daily at least 15 times last night and did not get a single feather and I'm missing 1 to ascend my new saver waifu original Altria...

According to spreadsheet Sunday sword 30AP and Monday archer 40 AP is better for feather.
Thanks for the clarification. I have a hard time keeping track of what interlude does what for the characters.
I think it also helps that some of the best characters in the game in both JP and here are Arts focused so the innate NP gen from Vlad feels like even less of a problem since Blue x 3 comes up so often. With Waver on my team and an NP charger card on Vlad I get to NP bosses a lot. I won't be rolling for TamMae but I would like to friend summon her and wouldn't be too sad if she was my paid pull 5*

Also, I cleaned out a few inactives from the friends list, so I'd rather get some people from this community in there instead of random Mashes (though they do use my supports a lot).

Right now Kintoki simply because the numbers he puts out are big enough to negate his complete lack of survivability.

I think it's awesome. I don't like his chubby sprite though, JP version is so much better.
