What if that extra like 10 minutes of screentime is just the last 10 minutes of TFA so it seamlessly continues

Then you see the last 10 minutes twice in the double feature

On reddit someone leaked a picture of an internal AMC Memo, that specifically had instructions on programmming showing into the touch screens for the Last Jedi that would be going on sale Monday.

It was taken down earilet this evening for a “copyright” claim. So.. if that was not another conformation for Monday I dunno what is.

When I watched Blade Runner I got a weird TLJ trailer made entirely out of behind the scenes footage. Did anyone else get that?

I was at Century XD but didn't get anything new.

However

I saw the old teaser and I absolutely shit myself. Hairs on the back of my neck stood up

I'm so fucking ready man. That was the best part of my 5 hour experience

Meh. I hate to plan buying tickets that far in advance

Edit: Germanys tickets were avaiable only one month in advance. Much better. Hope we get cool goodies again this time

Awesome, thanks for finding this. So I guess this means if the double feature is on the 14th, technically you’d be able to see The Last Jedi on the Wednesday? Or would it potentially be a 10pm TFA and then Jedi would be at midnight?

Probably would be on that Thursday (the 14th) I know in 2015, they had an all day marathon that started at like 9 AM and was all 6 in a row.

so I wouldn't be shocked if it was a 7:00PM showing with both movies back to back.

Or maybe eariler.

There's a panel at NYCC in an hour so hopefully we get some new book announcements for 2018.

I've been thinking about Of MSE-6 and Men and I'm pretty sure the Joint Chief involved is supposed to be
Tarkin because he has veermok hides in his quarters. That doesn't sit well with me - not because it would mean Tarkin is gay, which is fine, but because the character of the Joint Chief who TK-421 seduces doesn't seem like Tarkin at all. Tarkin wouldn't be so easily tricked or manipulated, and he wouldn't act like an excited hormonal teen because he saw a beautiful man. He's too refined for that. So I wonder if this is supposed to be one of the non-canon stories Pablo mentioned. It doesn't seem like it would be. It just doesn't seem like the author wrote Tarkin well if it's supposed to be him.

I still hold out hope that it's Romodi.

In like Kevin Flynn.
I tend to prefer even franchise-attached books to stand alone on their own merits without relying on outside story to be important. The first Thrawn book was basically one long origin story for a character the reader is already interested in. I really enjoyed it but I don't think it would stand very well in a void by itself. Now that the origin is done, the plot of the new book might be a lot more free standing which I will probably enjoy even more.

Thrawn better survive Rebels, that's all I'm saying.

Hopefully he's the main villain in the new animated series Filoni is currently working on, which I'd imagine is set between Episodes 6 and 7.

Really excited for some TZ Thrawn again! I’m about to finish up Phasma. I only read it at work during breaks. Hasn’t been my favorite Star Wars experience, the beginning was intriguing and here near the end has been fun. But the long middle dragged for me.
