Where are those official recap videos they promised? They're availabe in japanese already for months I believe but whatever. Didn't have time to play the KH 1.5 2.5 hfjd4658596ep collection.

There has to be a 2019 version with the release of KH3! I've already got the art book on pre-order, one of these (obviously not the same...) would be awesome for 2019!

Well if it’s your first KH then expect to get really confused about the story because you are jumping in middle of continuous story. I highly suggest you either play the previous games or watch story videos to catch up.This wil be my first KH.

unless there's a "previously on..." at the beginning, prepare to be confused!
You can do a catch up on the storyline through youtube videos that do a good job explaining I think someone posted one in here.
However, you can expect both Disney fan service and square-enix fan service. Lots of it. Oh and a good story ofcourse!

Yeah, the controls was kind of awkward and the world felt kind of empty but I enjoyed entire idea of Sora turning in to small lion for this world.

The generic box art for Final Fantasy VII Remake is still out there too. Actually, I believe it was here that someone pointed out the $39.99 deal with prime. I actually had another copy preordered too. I remember people thinking that the secret ending in Kingdom Hearts II was somehow teasing Kingdom Hearts III. And here we are

This the biggest reason why some people think KHIII was in development for a long time. That teaser was for Birth by Sleep, but most people (even me) mistake it for KHIII trailer.The generic box art for Final Fantasy VII Remake is still out there too. I realized that I've had this game pre-ordered since January 2015.
To be honest I didn't bother pre-ordering at that time since I prefer to get something as cheap as possible....
a bit ago (oddly in this topic) someone posted that they had ordered it for a good price so I ordered from the same place.... for £39.99
Now I've cancelled that one and I'm getting it for £35 elsewhere still with a delivery date of the launch! So I'm happy!
I didn't see the point in pre-ordering the special edition... it just comes with an art book which will probably come in the main Japanese art book I'm getting anyway haha

There is going be new art book coming out for KH3? If so is there any plan to release it outside of japan like the recent Dragon Quest art book?

Although I'm assuming it's an art book... it may not haha but I'm getting it regardless.
Otherwise it may be worth checking playasia for art books, yes the words will be in Japanese, but the art will be worth it!
Final Fantasy Ultimania was finally released in the West. Any possibility that KH might get localized?

What do you guys think the performance will be on basic consoles? I'm hoping for at least 1080p 30fps. Please god no frame pacing. FF XV ran like shit on base PS4.

It’s safe to say 1080p 30FPS on base PS4 and 900p 30FPS on base Xbox One.
I heard both PS4 pro and Xbox OneX have unlock FPS, I’m hoping they give us the option to choose performance over higher resolution.

I don’t think so. The trailer called “final battle”, it’s more about the final battle in the game rather than final trailer.
But I could be wrong.
