A power outage is less common. It's also preventable by using a backup battery or generator. When XBL is down it's 100% Microsoft's responsibility to fix that shit and nothing I could do to solve it.

Only a second outage that barely lasted a day in multiple months? Pretty good deal. Things happen and services can go down. If it is as rare as it has been for MS, then that is perfectly fine. Unless you are permanently tied to the cloud, it shouldn't matter much.

If Azure going down for only a couple hours, for only a small portion of services like parties and syncing 1st party games makes you worry, I can only imagine that you must be a nervous wreck about PSN.
