Nintendo revealed earlier today a portion of its lineup that will be available to play at E3 and as you might have been able to guess, it contains most of the publisher’s upcoming 2019 releases. From Pokemon Sword and Shield to The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening and Luigi’s Mansion 3, the most prominent upcoming first-party titles from Nintendo will be present.

Furthermore, second-party games like next month’s release of Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order will also be available for demos. Nintendo says that more games will also be playable as well, but it has yet to reveal what these will be. If I had to guess, we’ll likely find out more during the Nintendo Direct from E3 slated to take place next Tuesday, June 11.

I really want to see more of Link's Awakening. I wish this was something I lived near, or was able to go to so that I could see and try these things out in person.

Man I'm hoping Luigi's Mansion 3 is more like that first one than the second one. Having multiple mansions was so lackluster.

Be good to see more Luigi and Zelda. But they must know they need to show Pikmin 4, Metroid Prime 4 and Metroid Trilogy right? Maybe not Prime 4 with what’s happened recently starting over, but those others... Pikmin was near completed a few years back, and Trilogy is heavily rumoured to already be done too.

Plus hoping to see some new Mario goodness and maybe a new donkey kong.

The key art/boxart for LM3 suggests that this game is set in a very tall skyscraper. given the scale I can imagine it's the only setting in the game and that we won't be traveling from mansion to mansion

although it's easy to imagine how a group of floors could function as a single standalone 'level', i'm just gonna pretend like that's not a possibility

Please, PLEASE someone tell me Astral Chain and Daemon X Machina will be at E3.

I mean Astral Chain is coming August 30, they have to show something this E3...right?

I'd like to see everything on that list, and nothing new is even announced yet. Looks like they'll have a solid show this year again.

I don't even really want to see any more of Link's Awakening or Luigi's Mansion 3. I just want to buy them now.

Pokemon did not really impress me though and I couldn't care less about Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3.

Link's Awakening is high on my list. Meh towards the others, but it's a good lineup overall.

ARMS 2 and something Wonderful 101 please and thank you. :messenger_clapping::lollipop_anxious_sweat:

Show me a release date for Animal Crossing and how it works and looks and thrown in the next Zelda announcement along with Luigis Mansion 3 and I am a happy Nintendo fan.

Gentlemen, we can rebuild it. We have the capability to make the world's first enhanced store. Steam will be that store. Better than it was before.
Hoping we get to see more of Oninaki. I know it's not Switch exclusive but it seems to have some Nintendo marketing push behind it.

Even if Nintendo might not show it, SE themselves might show it in their own conference.

Good point. I hope someone shows something.

There are all kinds of games I would be pleased to see so I'm feeling lucky, but what I want most is a full-blown no-BS Starfox game, in my opinion the last one was released in 1997.

I'm not feeling that lucky though.

Not really feeling the lineup personally. Links Awakening DX is one of my favorite Zelda games but I can't get into the art style of the new one, and that Pokemon stuff was underwhelming to me. Looks like a gamecube game in HD and super empty world.

I hope it goes well for the people excited for them though.

Definitely ready to see some more Link's Awakening. Hope the new Switch's are released before it drops.

Also that "and more" better be the Metroid Prime Collection finally.

As always, I will be looking forward to Nintendo Direct the most on every E3, hype or disappointment.

My body is half-ready.

The mission based form was what really hurt it. It lacked any of the atmosphere of the original, and the lack of the little touches the original had (all the interactivity and effects that were meant to display the GC's power). The mansion in the original was perfectly designed; backtracking and exploring felt great, and there was almost always a secret stash of gold to find if you looked, or a gold mouse, or some little touch that made the game feel polished and loved. LM2 was not a bad game, but it was more about gameplay than LM1 was, and I liked the whole package of LM1 much more.

Didn't they show a lot anyway?
I need one more story/gameplay trailer and re-confirme that its indeed coming on August 30 and I will be satisfied.

My fear is if its not on E3 then there is good chance it's getting delayed.

This pretty much confirms Link's Awakening will be featured in the the Direct and/or Treehouse Live. Zelda is my favorite franchise, so I couldn't be more exited.

Zelda, Fire emblem, Pokemon and Luigi's mansion 3, i'm probably gonna buy the Switch but the end of the year, Zelda alone is enough reason for me to buy it.

Well animal crossing wouldn't be a great game to demonstrate on a showroom floor. It'll be there in video form I'm sure.
Damn just showed myself how much of a three year old I am. Didn't bother to read that flyer, just staring at the pretty pictures all infantile-like. Thanks for the heads up, I didn't realize that shit said playable. Hopes are back up, lol. . .

I know i'll love Luigi's Mansion 3 gameplay, but i'm not sure about Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3. I'm not sure if it's a Mosou type game or not.

The Pokemon games and the Zelda game are the ones I'm looking forward to most. Those new Pokemon games look so great, nice to see a Pokemon game on a system with some power this time around.
