I doubt this is coming to Xbox. I don't think Sony would let that happen. The PC version was mentioned when this was first announced. I think Kojima wanted it and Sony agreed.

Interesting news. Makes it appear that Kojima’s relationship with Sony is not as close as some assumed. Bringing the game to PC is one thing but announcing the PC release now is another. Would it have cost Kojima anything to make this announcement 6 months after the PS4 release? If the plan is for Sony to buy his studio this is a pretty strange strategy to set that up. Seems like he’s staying independent.

Said it in that thread a couple of months ago. This project was always announced as coming to PC, it's just that outside of that first announcement they have kept quiet about it.

Anyway, Kojima still needs to learn from Rockstar.
First you release it on PS4 so everyone buys it and THEN you announce it for PC. That way you get the PC only crowd but also a lot of people who own both a PS4 and PC and will double dip.
