Honestly? What ResetEra has become frightens me. It signals to me what would happen if we allowed Far-Left Identitarians to do as they please and toke over the internet.

I'll be first to admit that the internet can be a shitty place at times, but anyone who says we should censor free speech so as not to offend or trigger anyone can fuck right off. More often than not it seems to me that the conservative and right leaning voices are the ones getting censored and the leftist and liberal voices are free to do as they please. It's getting so bad that even moderate voices are being silenced.

And it's bleeding over to forums whose sole purpose isn't about politics, but about videogames. I want to talk about videogames goddamnit. Leave the politics out of it.

So many forums I used to post on have been taken over with far-left identity politics. It's depressing.

It's the same story every time. One gets made a Mod, then they start hiring their own kind. And before you know it, nobody can have diverse opinions and everyone leaves.

100% best (and only) forum I even use. It’s full of real people, sure you get your little gamefaqs kids in the gaming threads, but they get the swift boot to the hole after a warning or two.

I lean liberal myself, but not too far left as I do have some conservative leanings.

So yeah. The boys and girls of RetardEra would probably tar and feather me for not being left or 'woke' enough for their tastes. Fascism is the right word for what they practice there.

And I'm not kidding about other forums being infected with this SJW Far Leftist crap. The rpg.net forums announced a couple of years ago that they'd ban anyone who supports Trump. It's become a real SJW hellhole since then.
