Klees info was not verified. That was confirmed by the admins there a couple of times. Because of who Klee was and what he did, it's possible he still had access to people/source who could give him info. That was the reason for his verification.
They're both using gddr6 32bit chips. The more chips you use, the higher the bus. 8 chips=256bit bus. 12 chips=384bit bus.

xbox already said it, that they will have 12TF machine, they are confirming this AGAIN. RDNA 2 is not even in the picture at this time again, because they CLEARLY stating that it is 2x more powerful than xbox x and 8x powerfull than xbox S. so it's impossible mathematically to be true, so there is a lie somewhere. so yeah, more of the same and nothing new. lets wait for more CONCRETE info.

If it is 12TF RDNA why do they claim only twice as powerful as Xbox Series X? Someone should ask them that and get an answer that makes sense.

Well you're not going to say that it's 8.57 times as powerful as the Xbox One S for marketing reasons. And you also don't want to lie and say it's 9 times as powerful. Hence just 8 times as powerful. The math is correct...

Xbox One X is a 6TF GCN (polaris) based box. MS says the Series X is twice that in performance and in the same breath states 12TF.
I'm just stating the obvious that they use GCN numbers to describe TF performance.

Marketing material will not reference GCN or RDNA, JFC, it's 12TF RDNA, twice meaning just numbers wise, 12 is 2 x 6.

They say 12TF at RDNA 2.0. There is nothing unclear about it.
A TF is a TF doesn't matter the architechture. Its just that 12TF RDNA 2.0 will be much more powerful than 12 TF GCN.

I have to admit I am surprised it did actually hit 12 as I thought it would be slightly under that.

Seeing more information on the Xbox Series X has really got me hyped! Even though i have not intention on getting one, knowing the beefy specs gives a good indication of the benchmark for the coming generation. What would be nice to know is that does this 12TF number include the Ray Tracing? If so then the power left after RT might not be so significant..

I agree, theyre silence is deafening right now. If they too have 12 tflops they should put a statement out like "We are proud to share the ps5 will have 12 tflops, we'll share more in the future." It is looking like Sony under speced their console and are hiding, waiting for MS to play all their cards before they peek back up. Extremely bad look coming from the market leader like this.
