This is damage control and little else. Almost no company cares for their employees when they can’t show profits and they almost all do the bare minimum to keep them happy. In wealthy Silicon Valley this means pandering to kids who grew up wealthy, in India it means treating people like cattle.
What you’re doing is buying into company PR and a dream. Presumably the same one where Nintendo has millions of employees (They have about 6000).

This is the problem. Hope wont fix shit. I believe we've given the police too much power. "We" the people gave up freedoms to feel "safe" and this is outcome. We have police interfere with issues that should never involve a government presence, but here we are.
Again, "HOPE" wont fix shit. "It hurts no one". Yea, it does as it doesn't do anything. Its all just virtue signaling and at the end of the day, nothing is changed for the better.
Everyone pretends to care for a few months, posts some black images on their social media accounts, takes some pictures at the riots and then we go back to normal. If anything, government involvement in our daily lives will probably worsen.
Actual work needs to be done to improve lives and a self victimizing culture isn't going to fix anything.

When you're dealing with tens of thousands of infractions a day, mostly coming from one group of people, you're gonna have problems with bad apples, mistakes, and racism. You can argue that saying most crimes are committed by blacks is racist, but percentage wise its just a fact.
And you can say that the cops target black people, but low income areas are always the problem in any country, theft, violence etc, it's just more rampant there. Black neighborhoods in the US are just that, so by default there will be more instances of crime there, and more mistakes/profiling from cops. It's just human nature.
Someone take their pasty ass over to most African countries, or the middle east and expect equal treatment and see what happens. You think they're suddenly going to be unbiased? No, the fact is if you're a minority you're gonna be profiled. But we expect more from the US, why? The country that enslaved blacks, wiped out the Indians, and maintains one of the highest crime rates on the planet? Literally the only nation that used WMDs in war, ever. And why are we held to any standard? Because of bullshit propaganda. But that was never who we were and it never will be.
There's no amount of marching or stealing TVs that can stop it either. You can temporarily slow it, but there's just too many cops out there making chump change in dangerous situations. Sure we can expect more sitting on our asses playing COD, but out in the streets you'll fuck up after years of seeing threathening circumstances to your person.
I just watched a video of three cops charging an active shooter weeks ago and putting their bodies in front of the innocents. We can run our mouths and say "that's their job" all you want, but 99.9% of people talking shit don't have a shred of courage to do something like that. But they expect someone making almost nothing to do it without question. Cops are just normal people trying to do extraordinarythings, and unfortunately some can be racist. But when they're called into these black neighborhoods over and over, the expectation will just become impossible.
Not saying George Floyd wasn't murdered, not saying bullshit racism isn't a thing. Not saying change wouldnt be great, I'm just saying don't expect it to happen. Its like expecting your fast food orders not to be fucked up when you order 3 times a day. Its gonna happen when you're dealing with normal folks, and cops are, in crazy situations.

I'm a big Nintendo fan (I don't "love" Nintendo though, I don't love brands or corporations), but many hardcore Nintendo stans put this company on such a high pedestal, their life nearly revolves around it. It certainly does exist with many other brands, but Nintendo worship is some next-level stuff.
