Should I get my hopes up for Metroid prime, Metroid trilogy and Pikmin...? Like I do every fucking year and still end up crying?

Only now, Iā€™ve added mario all stars 2 to the mix...

Nintendo man... Jesus... no other company takes my dreams and farts on them like they do... They really are the personification of ā€œthing makes sense, letā€™s not do thingā€.

Shouldnā€™t get your hopes up for anything not announced.

This is the constant failing of the Nintendo fandom ā€” making fan-fiction news and announcements in our heads, or believing leaks and rumors as the absolute truth, then being upended something terribly by reality.

We have only ourselves to blame.

Itā€™s one thing to clamor for announcements of things that we want. Itā€™s another thing entirely to expect them, then go off the deep end when we donā€™t get them.

He was one of the first people to talk about Ori coming to Switch and has also talked about Apex and Plants vs. Zombi coming to Switch (though only Apex is confirmed so far).

I do! I have a pathetic amount of switch games. I would post my library but I wonā€™t in fear of Brap coming in and making fun of me. I have about 100 games now.

I need to stop but I canā€™t.

The best leakers were Emily and King Zell. Everyone else since then had less insight.
Nate Drake like to teach people to keep their expectations in check. He went in early this year that a Direct is pending when Corona was on the horizon. He dismissed any influence of the (back then already big thing in Asia) virus on a pre-recorded digital presentation. Only to claim the virus has changed everything 2 month later.

Don't worry, I'm over 150 games right and I definitely slowed down with my purchases.
When the Switch was we didn't have much games, so the temptation to just buy something was bigger.
I feel it get's better when your SD card is filling up, you don't jump on any new game and read some reviews first.

i finally pulled the trigger and purchased a 1 tb card for my main switch and a 512 for my lite.

Are you buying digital or physical? Or both? I buy physical if I can, but a lot of games are released digitally so I'll have to go with that sometimes.

multiplayer games digital, single player mostly physical if I can. Games like borderlands, alien isolation etc though are all only digital and take up 17-20gb each.

Finally got hold of a copy of Final Fantasy 7 & 8 twin pack. Been wanting this for a long time but it's been hard to find. And I'm not really keen to order from Play-Asia. And if Square decides to release another edition WITH FF 9 I will go nuts. Also fuck my wallet x2.
