Don't do this to yourself, man. They're only going to hurt you again.

This guy gets reply banned when the Mario collection is announced.

Nah, i'm not one of those people that get hurt of announcements or lack there of. I just bring the news when it comes. Direct or Mini Direct or Presentation doesn't matter to me will be fun to see what they have in store.

The collection is real just as I told yall months ago Pikmin 3 deluxe is real.

Pikmin 3 was real for years though. They are sitting on stuff, for sure. I'm just losing confidence that they will continue to give us news out to 6 months in advance. These are the types who will believe that Animal Crossing is selling even better because they didn't give us news to make us forget about it.

Jokes aside, I'm looking forward to Pikmin 3. The difficulty settings and co-op (!) additions in particular sound like really awesome upgrades.

I'm surprised by how beautiful it still looks too. I was a little worried that it might have aged.

Has it really been that long since a full direct? I've been holding out hope for longer than I thought. I'm going to rewatch that one, and remember what it was like when Nintendo used to freely share information.

I actually really like to see Vanillaware make new game for Switch same way they did with Muramasa on Wii.
I haven't played Muramasa since the Wii era. I remember enjoying that game. What's Vanillaware up to these days? The last thing I played from them was Dragon's Crown for the Vita.

I'm personally super hyped for their new games, 13 sentinels: aegis rim but I'm guessing most people wont share my excitement because it a VN game with real time tactical strategy gameplay.

That's a gameplay mix I wouldn't have expected. It looks interesting, if a bit odd. I do like Vanillaware though, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. If it comes out for PC or Switch, I'll pick it up. I've checked out of Playstation and Xbox until the next-gen dust settles a bit.

I'm one of those, sadly. I normally love their games but I'm really not into VN stuff, like AT ALL. Hope it's good for the people that enjoy that sort of stuff though.

I understand that, I personally enjoyed games like Zero Escape and Ace Attorney series, so this definitely my type of game. I also like when I see developers make something that they don't usually make, it thanks to that I got games like Catherine and Gravity Rush.

I’m currently gearing up to fight Ganon - fighting guardians to get ancient stuff so I can get ancient gear - I got myself an ancient shield as the parrying was proving horribly unreliable.

The worst is when Guardians decide to shoot 3 times in rapid succession.

That whole run, from the outskirts of the castle up through Ganon, is great. I wish I could experience it again, for the first time.

Did you finish all shrines?!

No - there were a couple of combat ones that kicked my arse but I’ve probably missed others. Tbh I’d not find them all without using a guide and I don’t plan to do that.

Man, that reward for finishing them all is worth ! Idk if you looked it up. But if you don't plan on getting it look it up. Maybe I just got it before ganon for Nostalgia purposes.

Shuntaro Furukawa took over as president of Nintendo Japan just over two years ago. We've seen more of Doug Bowser than we have Furukawa, and I don't know of any new thing Nintendo has done since his taking control, unless you count the sudden and very long drought of actual Nintendo Directs.

Basically, this guy feels like the opposite of Iwata.

He definitely doesn't seem like he wants to be seen as a face of the company like Iwata and Reggie did. Maybe he's just a stuffy Japanese businessman that is good for the company, but just isn't that fun in front of a camera.

I would sooner believe that a "Super Mario All STars 2" pack would just be all the classical games alongside special variants like the Gameboy games, Advance games, and maybe one or two others. Nintendo would more than likely sell any 3D Remasters/remakes seperately.
