November 13th is 100% New Console Launch

Its safe to say at this point that November 13th is the official launch for the new consoles, but most likely the PlayStation 5 itself if anything.

November 16th, 2013 was Friday when PS4 launched

November 13th, 2020 is also Friday which makes this a viable console launch day for PS5.

Call of Duty is also an annual MASSIVE seller and this game will easily be one of the biggest launch titles in my opinion. it is being released on November 13th, 2020. Normally games release on Tuesdays but in this case it will be Friday. A bit funny no?

Everyone knows what Call of Duty is, from your gradmas, grandpas, dude bros, e-girls, your red headed step child and your retarded but favorite cousin.

Anyone want to agree this is a safe bet at this point?

November 6th
November 13th
November 20th
November 27th

It will be one of those dates. 100%. But my bet is on November 13th for the PS5.

Some speculate Xbox Series X is on Novemver 6th due to the white controller leaks of the Series S and stuff. While it is possible, I think Xbox will launch around the 20th just in time for Cyberpunk 2077 and AC Valhalla to carry the 3rd party launch title sales and move the console units with the systems.

PS4 didn't launch with Ghosts. There probably wouldn't be an upgrade path unless it was coming after. I actually think we might be looking at December as a mini delay.

normally i'd say november is a given but considering covid i wouldn't be surprised if we got a date in december to allow a bit more time for manufacturing or distribution or what have you.

I agree with you on this, my guess was always either November 13th or the 20th, but after seeing the new Call Of Duty trailer and seeing that date at the end I am betting it is a launch day game for the PS5! I'm not saying it is 100% guarantee, but if I were to bet on it my money is on that date!

I would agree that at the least it wouldn't be later than November 13th because unless I'm wrong, I believe the physical PS5 version of Cold War is available on release day and games don't go on sale before the console does.

Probably, but I don't know if the CoD date matters.
This gen CoD Ghosts was released on November 5th I believe, and the PS4 didn't release until the 15th/29th.
I was sat with a game without a console for nearly a month.
This one is a later date though so it will likely be different this time.

Since we are reading into things.
Call of Dutys website also says nextgen upgrades will be possible when the nextgen versions are available....meaning the nextgen versions wont be available at launch?

Nextgen release is going to be AFTER Call of Duty launches.
