I can't believe someone got banned for saying Andromeda sucked. They would probably need to ban half the forum if that was the legit reason. Like you said that's not the real reason, he was probably guilty of WrongThink.
Anyway welcome back pathf1nder. On the new and improved GAF you are free to say Andromeda is garbage.
The listed reason was for low content posts, but that post criticizing Andromeda is likely the actual reason. Charlequin was covertly banning anyone who criticized Anita Sarkeesian, intersectional feminism, or projects that Anita worked on, and she consulted on Andromeda. All of his listed ban reasons are bullshit.

We all need to be thankful for the GAF and Mods we have today. I do believe not only can we say Andromeda is garbage without fear of getting banned, I also believe we can say Anita is garbage.

Today is a magnificent day. A new week (at least here in Norway we start our weeks on monday, but I've heard that this might differ based on your location) with new possibilities.
Just went through the last ten pages of this thread. What a rollercoaster.
But back to the point. It's such a lovely day that I am sure that the mod squad will lift my ban from the speculation thread.
I have been a good boy and should be let in these last few days before the launch of the fab four later this month on grounds of good behavior.
With fab four I'm naturally talking about these magnificent beasts:
- PS5 (John)
- PS5DE (Paul)
- XSX (George)
- XSS (Ringo)
I know Ringo wasn't the most popular one, but neither is the XSS. banter
I'm still a freshman around this forum and I don't post as much as a lot of the other guys/girls in here. And I guess the other threaders wont even know I'm back but I would really appreciate if I could join for the last few days.
I promise I will mark all my joke posts with "THIS IS A JOKE" if I feel anyone could mistake it for anything else.

Could EL or a mod actually explain? My impression is along as you don't war, troll or post extremist, racist stuff, most things were ok.
I make a light-hearted joke thread about trump in off-topic of all places as it clearly didn't belong in politics and it gets instantly locked with some sarcastic comment and infraction bullshit.
It was hardly offensive, troll or even insulting towards trump or anyone who supports him, yet it gets called "shit posting" when it was far from it.
Biden routinely gets threads made about him for being senile etc (which he probably is) but they don't get locked.
Do mods put their personal political agender into their moderation - I find it bizarre that a mod would get easily triggered over this thread.
