No, not to get into politics, but Google "Sony cities can rebuild".
I know Sony started off as a company that helped rebuild Japan after WW2 but I wouldn't call the Japanese terrorists.

Guerrilla? From what I knew only external studio worked on pc ports ...This is good because this frees up Sony studios and they won't have to worry about porting shit while trying to deliver games on time..
Guerrilla already wasted months trying to fix the mess that was the horizon pc port and who knows if that is the reason why horizon might not make 2021.

I'm mostly launcher agnostic, so I'll just use the platform that tends to have the best deal at the time. If all else is equal, I'll generally choose to get it on Steam. The people who are loyal to Steam or some other particular launcher are no better than console people, in my opinion. There are all ready so many clients on PC, I feel like most people are at a point where they have chosen the one or two clients to buy their games from and that's that.
Hate to break it to ya, man, but everything is made in China. So is the keyboard you used to type that.Because they are making their productos in China?
Yeah, that is a fair point. How many launchers do we need? There are all ready so many clients on PC, I feel like most people are at a point where they have chosen the one or two clients to buy their games from and that's that.

There has to be a way they can bring over trophy support and friends list etc without a full launcher. Perhaps an optional app you can install on your PC that just handles those.
i launched master chief collection 5 minutes ago so i can confirm for itAre we required to login to Xbox Live and/or Uplay? I guess I'd have to try and see how that is, but wouldn't like that. I mostly stick with GOG. I do have games on Steam (due to humble bundle.)
Its crazy how stupid they are.Investing more in PC and mobile games than growing their own platforms.... PlayStation is now run by a pack of fucking idiots who deserve no respect and have no real strategy or vision for the brand.
Jim Ryan just wants short term profits and is more than willing to sell out the brand and piss away their strongest USP for a few million euro instead of playing the long game and attain true greatness.
PC is NOT a Sony platform, it is a competing platform, heavily aligned with Microsoft, that heavily benefits Microsoft..... Sony doesn't even make Vaio anymore.
This has to be the most moronic thing Jim 'the clown' Ryan and Herman 'Sideshow' Hulst are doing right now.
That's not our concern LOLI'd like them to skip Steam entirely. Screw giving Valve 30% for any of their first-party games.
I know the games are there. I meant if they require us to login to XBL or not. But I think you're saying not for all of them, then I wonder how it keeps track of achievements and other things?i launched master chief collection 5 minutes ago so i can confirm for it
judging from steam page with all ms studios games it's not true for all of them but :
it seems all first party games after 2018 are there.
i put the links so you can check yourself the requirement is listed on the pages.I know the games are there. I meant if they require use to login to XBL or not. But I think you're saying not for all of them, then I wonder how it keeps track of achievements and other things?
You think that PC players won't download Epic Games Launcher in order to play Bloodborne and will just hope for a Steam version?I doubt that.
Some will, some wont. Never question the loyalty of many PC users when it comes to Steam. You think that PC players won't download Epic Games Launcher in order to play Bloodborne and will just hope for a Steam version?
Isn't that what happened with pretty much every timed exclusive on the EGS so far? The second they end up on Steam they sell more in a single day than they did on the EGS in months. You think that PC players won't download Epic Games Launcher in order to play Bloodborne and will just hope for a Steam version?

Just look at how many 'Epic Exclusives' go straight to number one on Steam when Epics moneyhat deal ends.
I think they would just pirate it and say fuck you to everyone involved. Or that and just wait for it to come to steam. You think that PC players won't download Epic Games Launcher in order to play Bloodborne and will just hope for a Steam version?
to each platform its fanboi...Exactly. That is also why we see Xbox games consistently in the top sellers list on Steam despite being available through Game Pass for PC. For a lot of PC gamers, it is Steam or nothing.
Man the number of pages where people argued that "NO! this is to help them in their engine technologies and ship their games on PS5!"
Man the amount of people that jumped on me when i said exactly this when Sony bought them, ouch.
Stop being delusional..Yes but it doesn't say they were bought to "ONLY work for PC ports".
Pretty sure Sony said Nixxes will be a support studio that will be also helping their other major studios when they can.

If they support cross buy from their online store it would be awesome. But unfortunately I can't see it happening.I’d definitely be up for a Sony PC store with trophy integration/cross platform progression etc.
And this info was surely obvious, the only question is to what extent do they want their library on PC - will we see PS1/PS2/PS3 Sony games ported over?
If they skip Steam then the sales will be low. If the sales are low, then the narrative will be that PC players don't purchase Playstation games therefore, Sony HAS TO STOP PORTING GAMES FOR THOSE DIRTY PC GAMERS THAT WILL ENJOY THEM IN BETTER HARDWARE! FUCKING JIM RYAN RUINED EVERYTHING!Why does it matter? It's not like they'd pass the savings on to you.
This is a great move for Sony now they can fulfill their dreams and truly compete with Microsoft in the Western Marketplace. Hopefully they can create an direct competitor to Gamepass next.
Nintendo is the only console manufacturer that is not putting their games on PC they're putting all of their heart, sweat, tears and hard work into their own console. I also have a PC so I will very easily be able to play games by the other two console manufacturers through my PC too. Nintendo is the only console manufacturer that is not selling out to the PC market, they have too much honor and love for their own ecosystem.
But why can't they offer it on Steam AND their own choice or choice(s)? Why do people like to limit options for the consumers? It's really... weird. And why do you care about a BILLION dollar company giving Steam money? Do you get a piece of the pie or something? (Genuine question)I'd like them to skip Steam entirely. Screw giving Valve 30% for any of their first-party games.
+ Sony infamous rootkitPlease make your own client Sony, with the following features
No cloud saves
No wish list
Broken downloads/installations
24/7 bot support
DRM to the max
Sprinkle some third party timed exclusives for good measure
"We are also happy with our efforts to provide our IP to PCs, although it is still in its infancy, and we look forward to working with Nixxes (*) to help with that. (* A Dutch studio specializing in porting the PC version announced by SIE earlier this month"

No reason they can't do both, MS has their store and steam releases which support Xbox achievements.I’d definitely be up for a Sony PC store with trophy integration/cross platform progression etc.

I'm sorry I should have said "legally".Name a single nintendo game that isn’t playable on PC
