XB1, Switch, Series X|S and PC release?
Looking forward to playing it again although its more for the memories and nostalgia as the gameplay wont have held up too well over the years.
Why bother with that when the composer uploaded his original works in full quality master before being compressed and cut down for the N64 years ago: https://www.grantkirkhope.com/goldeneye-007/This would have been the perfect time to re-master the music close to movie-like levels, instead of going with the N64 cartridge music
Switch will just be the original game on NSO.XB1, Switch, Series X|S and PC release?
Into my veins, now!

My 16 year old brother regularly plays shooters like CS:GO, Fortnite, Valorant, Apex Legends, etc. etc. He recently downloaded Goldeneye and Perfect Dark on his PC emulator.Cannot wait for people to find out how bad these old games age without the nostalgia goggles
Ok, nice for him.My 16 year old brother regularly plays shooters like CS:GO, Fortnite, Valorant, Apex Legends, etc. etc. He recently downloaded Goldeneye and Perfect Dark on his PC emulator.
They're now his favorite single player shooters of all time.
Sure, he is just one person, but he's at least proof that someone can still have fun with these games without having really grown up with them. You can't just assume that most people aren't going to like the remake with such confidence.Ok, nice for him.
Exception =/= Rule
You literally said you can’t wait for others to be disappointed.Absolutely nostalgia goggles here.
There's a pretty big gap between liking something of old because you played it as a kid and actually holding up fine 25 years later.
I literally still play smash bros, GoldenEye, and perfect dark on the 64. They're still incredibly fun, moreso than most games. They hold up extremely well in my opinion.Cannot wait for people to find out how bad these old games age without the nostalgia goggles
No, that's you putting words I didn't say in my mouth. You literally said you can’t wait for others to be disappointed.

So what did you mean exactly? Cause it sure sounds like that. But whatever you tell yourself I suppose.Cannot wait for people to find out how bad these old games age without the nostalgia goggles.
Didn't play the original PD but after the trailer for the new one I bought the XBLA version and thought it was great. Tried to play Perfect Dark Zero after and despite enjoying it in 2005 I got bored and stopped playing.Cannot wait for people to find out how bad these old games age without the nostalgia goggles
You can already try it on pc or a modded xbox 360. Its just like the perfect dark remaster on 360.I’m buying it for sure, but my gut tells me it’s not going to hold up well.
Should be great on Steam Deck.
On Xbox, yes!Are they finally back together again?
I played the xbla leak last year. Game is amazing.Absolutely nostalgia goggles here.

Does Pennywise just own a PlayStation? I’m trying to figure out his angle for coming in here and trying so hard to deflate the hype.So what did you mean exactly? Cause it sure sounds like that. But whatever you tell yourself I suppose.
Wrong. Im replaying Goldeneye thru RetroArch currently it had me hooked for hours. Just remap the C button to the right stick and enjoy.Cannot wait for people to find out how bad these old games age without the nostalgia goggles
