Clearly no Direct planned until the usual September. I think with Pokemon coming, and BotW 2 delayed, there's really nothing major to show unless they pull back the curtain on some of the stuff planned for 2023. But we don't need to know about it in summer 2022.

New trailer looks damn good. All the monster battle stuff and the train section look like hilarious fun.

New character looks good too. Bayonetta's Vergil I guess. Looks like it could be the best of the trilogy, but 2 will be hard to top.

Just finished the first game and it's now one of my top 10 favorite video games of all time. So I'll give this Limited Edition some consideration.

That said, I'm probably in a tiny minority about this, but... I really dislike her Bayo 3 design. After two games of awesome design (with the first game still being the best), this design is 🤢. It's dumb, it's busy, it's overly anime-ish, and the biggest culprit: that hair works on young/child Cereza. But it does NOT work on adult Cereza.

I hope the Switch can handle the game. Bayo is, to me, a series where 60fps is absolutely required.

You're in for a treat. Part 2 when it came out on Wii U was legitimately a 10/10 from me. Liked it a lot more than part 1, but they're both great.

Sweet, I’ll definitely pick this up.

That new trailer is really crazy though, makes both Bayo1 and 2 look grounded in comparison imo. Not sure if I like it or not yet, but I can’t wait to play it!

Xbox is having a slow year for sure, but they're actually pretty packed in October for Gamepass. It's literally going to be a challenge to try and play everything I'm interested in this year. Scorn, High on Life, Pentiment, Plague Tale 2, Atomic Heart are all coming out right around this time as well.

Where's the lie, though
It looks like they simplified the graphics slightly and went balls to the wall on huge creatures. I'm okay with that.

Also the game is loaded with bright neon colors which really sets it apart from the previous games, especially part 1. I wouldn't recommend playing on handheld, but it'll look sick on OLED screen. The game doesn't look bad.

Yeah I'm gonna get it on Switch soon enough.

I realize I used a "Praise the sun" response to your post, which is probably an insult to Bayonetta. Should be more like "Praise the moon" 😂

Total system sellers. Sony and Nintendo shouldn't even bother releasing their big games going up against those heavy hitters.

I still haven't played the second one. Prices on it are now ridiculous too for the Switch version.

Ok, need to get 2 asap, this looks amazing...

Yes! Viola is voiced by Miyuki Sawashiro, my favorite seiyuu!
My man! (or woman?) I'm on the jap voice too for Bayonetta because they're too anime even if english is their first language. Simply their faces match better lol
