Did you get horrible headaches that lasted for weeks at a time in your mid 30's? Just trying to get an idea how common it is lol. Happy B day.

Oh, btw, as someone about to be 36, what's the sex drive like? Mine's still decent but if I'm being honest it has decreased in recent years, to the point where I go days at a time barely even thinking about it. Just curious to see if your experience was similar at all.

At 40 I hope you had a threesome in your life…
I did, I was 29 and was at a house party in Southampton on Long Island. I enjoyed it, as Richard Pryor once said "The worst sex will ever be for a guy is - good." I haven't kept in contact with the other people involved.

I'm 30.
My question is if is worth to adopt a kid when you hit 40?
I don't want to have kids of my own because I don't want them to suffer depression (since it is in my genetic).

No, I was lucky. I lived for over three months in a brown paper bag in a septic tank. I used to have to get up at six o'clock in the morning, clean the bag, eat a crust of stale bread, go to work down mill for fourteen hours a day week in-week out. When I got home, my Dad would thrash me to sleep with his belt!

I suffer from what's known as cluster migrines, which is like getting four or five migraines at once. The last time I got one, about six months ago, it was just behind my left eye, I had a bad nose bleed and my left eye swelled shut for about six hours.

Sex drive is still pretty good.

Some of these comments are a little too pessimistic in my opinion lol. Assuming you've taken care of your health by not smoking or doing hard drugs and living a relatively normal life, does 40 really have to sound so bad?
It doesn't sound bad at all. I rarely drink these days, have been mostly dry for about eight years. I do smoke the odd cigar, but I have gone about two years without touching one. My health is ok, I'm not as heavy as I was about two years about, and my weight is slowly getting towards my ideal weight. Was just over 16 stone about two years ago, currently around 13 and a half stone, and I hope to be around the 12 stone mark by the end of next summer.

Congrats man! Welcome to the club! Turned 40 last August.

Do you like pineapple on pizza with hotsauce?

I hate pizza. Tried it when I was 10, TMNT was huge at the time, and just didn't like it. But I'm a very fussy eater. I wish I could enjoy food more, but my food tastes are very simple.

Thanks, I really plan to enjoy them.

40s is usually the time when a man get to see where his life goes in retrospect and maybe even reap what he sow a little by little. Will become more confident, but it's not the time to let go of it yet - keep at it and keep going! Your best years are almost here, or maybe you are already on the peak - but it's how you do right now to extend your best years, in terms of finances, health and love life and all.

Just keep your self in good shape and health for your own benefit too! For most folks, things start break down when you turn 40s.
At the same time, you also start not thinking with your primal urges (ie. penis) - and that is actually pretty liberating too.

I kinda pity young boys in teens and 20s. I honestly don't want to go back in time and do that same grind. It'd be like RPG - that I have gathered all this EXP, Gold, and Legendary Equipments and going back to Lv.2 with no money with rusty knife as a weapon, just keep slaying the low level slimes, and the whole rules have changed. No thank you. ;)

As I'm coming to end of my 40s, for me, it was my most painful decade because of personal life crisis (divorce), financially hurt me quite a bit and all - but since you are still a free agent, I wish you the very best of luck.
For most men, 40s are their happiest decade, so there you go. Enjoy! (but responsibly! :D)
